Smooth sailing with Pento
Payroll has improved 10x for our business since integrating with Pento! Very smooth integration with our HRIS, which means hours of manual work are saved. However, the biggest highlight is the fantastic support team - David Williams and Konstantins Krupjanko in particular come to mind!
Not only are they super responsive, but the Pento team would also go the extra mile to advise on issues that probably fall outside of what a payroll provider is meant to offer. And this means a lot!

I have been using Pento's platform since June 2022 and at the start, we initially had some bumps on the road which have since been diligently smoothed out in quick fashion.
They listen to customer feedback and constantly evolve their product to make payroll and post-payroll more seamless which has personally resulted me in less employee queries and document requests, less data manipulation, less time doing payroll, less stress and increasingly adds to my confidence in Pento!
Their Customer Support team is overall top notch. Neve, Shafwan and Konstantins are absolute superstars with their prompt detailed responses and if they're unable to answer your query immediately, they'll provide constant updates and never fails to make to make us feel valued.
Kudos to Pento's Support, Product and Engineering team!

Excellent Support Service
Had an issue with our Pento system not syncing with HiBob with one issue. Contacted support and Neve answered within 10 minutes and after some back and forth over the issue, she explained exactly how to fix it and provided a step by step solution. It worked right away and no more issue. Absolutely stunning service!

Neve was attentive with quick responses, troubleshooting recommendations and found the ultimate solution.

Pento is the best payroll software I've used and I only wish it were available in all the countries where we operate. It gives you a much longer processing time, we can easily make changes up to a couple of days before the pay date. And it connects seamlessly to our HRIS. Both Georgia and Konstantins on the Support team have been extremely supportive when I needed help. Response times are fast and they offer to help you with calculations/details rather than just sending you an article. I would highly recommend Pento for small and medium businesses - can't speak to large scale yet.

Amazing Support Team at Pento!
We moved our payroll over to Pento 6 months ago and could not be happier. The support team is extremely responsive, informative, and friendly.
We love having more control over our payroll (having moved from a managed service) and being able to make changes throughout the month.
The system syncs with our people system.

Shafwan Shikdar was great help!! he explained everything via email and was even available to jump on a call last min to resolve our situation regarding Maternity pay.
