Fantastic product, amazing customer service and takes the pain out of running payroll each month!

What a brilliant product!

Incredibly simple to use once the initial setup is done. It connects to our HR system, syncs everything with HMRC and sends payslips out automatically to the team.

All I have to do is click review, then submit, then make one single payment and Pento pays everyone individually (including HMRC). Genius!

We've added 15+ employees to our team since signing up with Pento in 2021. It would have been an absolute nightmare doing this the old-school way.

Easy and quick to use! Has saved a lot of time every month and avoids having to use and update Google Sheets. I am yet to try to approval flow but think this will help a lot with ensuring the payroll data stays secure. Look forward to see the product develop and see what new features they continue to add on.

Our experience with Pento has been great so far. From initial sales contact throughout our onboarding, the service and support from Pento has been exceptional.

The team are knowledgeable and fully engaged in understanding our needs and identifying how the product can help us achieve our objectives. From the start it has been ALL about us and not about 'the sale', which is refreshing in the saturated market of HR and Payroll tech/product solutions. Meaning our customer experience has been second to none.

The product itself is brilliant. Bringing payroll in-house was daunting but much needed as our business continues to scale and grow. But Pento is the perfect solution. It integrates seamlessly with our existing HRIS (HiBob), reducing admin drain and removing the need for spreadsheets and manual data management. It also integrates directly with HMRC, People's Pension and our Accounting Software (Xero), once more streamlining and system optimising our processes. What's more? It automates the leg work of manually calculating tax, NI, pension and other related contribution/deductions.

Overall we are really pleased with our experience so far. We are one month in, and whilst there have been some (expected) variances, the expert support team have been brilliant in helping us quickly resolve these.

I would recommend Pento to any HR/People/Finance teams looking to scale, streamline and optimise their payroll processes. Particularly relevant for start-up/scale-ups!

I messaged support as I was in a tricky situation with payroll and Georgia responded. I can't put into words how helpful she was! Not only did she jump on a zoom call with me to go through things (truly going above and beyond) She also was quick to reply with any follow up queries I had. She was professional, patient and great at simplifying any complicated concepts. She was truly amazing!!! I would not have been able to do payroll without her. Makes payroll easy

The customer support is 10/10. I had to do something a bit tricky, and someone hopped on the phone with me within 10 minutes (outside of working hours) to help me.

Pento is a true lifesaver when it comes to payroll -- I've never had a payroll process so smooth and transparent until I started using them. I'm a 2nd time customer and couldn't recommend them more.

Pento has been an excellent addition into our business, streamlining the payroll process in a time-saving, easy to use way.

We love the layout of the software is very easy to follow an doesn't make things overcomplicated. On the time that we have needed to contact the support team with a query we've always had a very prompt response, which is a big change from our previous outsourced provider and one that is greatly appreciated.

Would also like to single out a great experience we have with regards to the draft payslips feature, when we first joined Pento it wasn't possible to have payslips be issued to employees in advance of payday. We reported this to the team and straight away were invited to a call to discuss this. A plan was then put in place and the feature was followed out very quickly, something that we greatly appreciated and we very impressed with.

Overall, this is a great piece of software that is well worth the investment in. The ease of use and time saving alone make it worthwhile.

We are absolute love working with Pento. The platform makes running payroll extremely smooth and easy. If ever we have any queries or issues the Support team respond so quickly and efficiently. Pento also provides a great experience for our team who now have greater access to their payroll documents .

We've been using Pento for a year now and it has drastically improved out Payroll experience. The quality of the system is fantastic, and the team are always responsive when we need help, or have issues (which is infrequently). The automation that the system brings gives me more confidence in the accuracy of the payroll process than using an external accountant and the UI is brilliant. This makes it incredibly easy to review payroll, with features such as showing the % change month on month of an employees salary means I can review by exception.

Pento has been fantastic and saved me countless hours of payroll preparation time.

I just think Pento's great. Honestly, I am a super advocate for you because it has streamlined my payroll process so much. Payroll takes me 10 minutes a month at the moment and I'm confident that it's going to be right.
