Pento is an absolute must have in any finance tech stack. It makes payroll so quick and easy. Their support team are fantastic. They are super responsive and always find an answer to any technical or unusual payroll queries.

I would like to give an amazing review for the customer service at Pento. I had some issues caused by myself not Pento! and I received replies back and forwards from Konstantins within 2 mins. Nothing I asked was too much trouble. A very stressful 24hrs on our side was made better by the first-class customer service at Pento.

What a product! We were looking for a payroll partner who could save us time and increase accuracy. Using an old payroll bureau set up we were slow, had early cut off dates and due to the number of touch points and back and forth were seeing lots of errors.

Since swithcing to Pento we are down to processing payroll in 1 hour each month, our cutoff is now right up to pay date, giving our employees a better experience and we have zero errors.

Massive shout out to the team at Pento too who helped us seemlessly switch over.

Really impressed with Pento and it has made payroll so much easier each month. It is very intuitive, user friendly and the support team are great (always replying super quickly and are very helpful). Saves us a lot of time and gives a lot of peace of mind each month. Would recommend to anyone.

As a 200m business we moved to Pento as our business had out grown our current supplier. Migration was relatively straight forward. 2 Month parallel run to iron out all the kinks. Go live on Month 3, smooth from there, halved our Payroll running time.

The service part of the contract is very good, a response within 5-10 mins, problem usually resolved within that time unless major. No complaints

Pento software has completely changed the pay we do payroll, reducing the back and forth, spreadsheet heavy process with external accountants, that took around a week..down to just 1 day's worth of work. The set up was relatively easy, as there were integrations to Bamboo, Pension provider and HMRC. Efficiency wise, Pento made the impossible, seem possible. Nothing is perfect but any hiccups we've encountered along the way has been handled with great professionalism, and in a prompt manner. One of the best additions to the software is the Payroll Specialist that you can email with queries, who get back to emails within 30 mins. Comes in handy for those pressing questions! Being able to finalise payroll up until the midnight before payday makes those last minute amendments that much more do-able. Great platform and would recommend :)

I really feel like I received such great customer service, not just recently but every time I contact Pento . They go above and beyond to assist and make the process user friendly!

I've been managing Payroll for 15+ years now and Pento has been a breath of fresh air. It's great having the control and the system is such a breeze to use. The growing list of integrations work extremely well and make life a lot easier at crunch time.
Pento has been great at listening to feedback and improving the product based on suggestions and advice.
However I think the stars of this show who deserve massive shout, is their support team. (Especially Neve & Konstantins) Never have I ever had responses within minutes every single time I've contacted them. Such a pleasure to work with and always beyond helpful. Thanks so much!

Pento has massively improved our payroll process over the last year.

Not only has Pento reduced the amount of time spent running and checking payroll from days to 3-5 hours, but has also reduced the number of pay queries we receive to almost zero.

Pento is an easy to use system and as a plus, integrates with our HR system.

We had a couple of support issues to begin with, however, I believe this was down to a significant team re-structure at the time we changed to Pento. The support team is now great - very responsive and happy to help.

I cannot speak highly enough of Pento, it has completely transformed how we run payroll at our business. Since onboarding we have moved from a fully outsourced model that was inefficient, costly and lacked transparency to a process that is 100% managed inhouse.

We are able to complete our monthly payroll process in less than a day and usually within 3-4 hours, including new starter onboarding. Their customer support team are fantastic and extremely responsive, meaning any queries are quickly responded to and resolved. This was one of the biggest failures of other systems/providers I have used in the past and is one of the best things about Pento.

Writing from the perspective of a US based firm processing UK payroll for the first time. Pento support was very responsive in a timely fashion with the pertinent data I required to hit the ground running processing payroll, setting up a pension scheme and then connecting the pension with Pento for seamless information transfer.

The onboarding process with P45 or the HRMC form is very easy to understand and again if I ever had a unique issue, support was there very quickly to not only guide with information but take actionable steps to assist to bring resolution.

It's always helpful and informative to have the catch-ups, service level is great and our queries always get answered or followed-up in a timely manner.

Great platform, everyone is very helpful and effecient at Pento. Whenever there is a query the help centre team are quick to respond on the online chat. We also receive monthly check in's with our account manager who can help request features, explain updates in detail and also share how to use Pento effeciently/improve our processes.

Straightforward implementation, and Pento has significantly simplified our monthly payroll process. They also continue to improve the product, with a regular cadence of updates that make each month a bit more straightforward and automated than the last

We made the switch over to Pento in April 2021 and I have to say easily the best decision we made!
