Slow Withdrawals, better under Vload name
The deposits are fast and customer service is available, but the withdrawal process is too long . Most payouts go out on Tuesday and Thursday, but it’s been a week and I have been notified my funds have yet to even be released on their end. When Pay redeem still operated under Vload I would get bank transfers the next day at the latest going off of their Tuesday/Thursday schedule. I unfortunately had to withdraw through this company due to stipulations with my broker . How can I make instant purchases, but have to wait 2 weeks for a payout ?
Update: First cash out since company being PayRedeem received . Quicker than what was notified to me via chat so updated from 3 to 4 stars

All I can say is incredible!!!
My system was taking sooo long to load up and my representative was right there with me the entire time!!! She helped me tremendously through every step of the process!!! She then began to answer EVERY question that I had (which were a lot) and I never once felt that she was getting irritated with me in any way!!!
It is my hope that I would have the privilege to receive her on every call I make to the company and that she’s able to read this and know exactly how much of a help she really was!!!

BE AWARE, SYSTEM ISSUE W/ NO WARNING!!
Everything was fine until last Friday. I sent them BTC so I can buy an e-card. The transfer took more than 15 minutes because they were having technical difficulties. Since it took 15minutes, they cancelled the e-card transaction and kept the BTC! Why have a 15 minute policy knowing there any be technical difficulties at anytime!? There should be a refund policy. SO YOU’RE TELL ME, IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES YOU CAN KEEP OUR MONEY!?! EVEN IF YOU RECEIVED THE MONEY AFTER 15 MINUTES. As you know, once the BTC is sent it CANT be cancelled. I have not received an email or any feedback from customer service. This is insane! They took my money / crypto & NOTHING has been done BEWARE! This seems shady asf! The rep asked me to show proof that I sent the BTC which I did. Then the next day they tell me they are having system issues and to not buy an e-card via BTC. Why didn’t they give us a warning on the site however they are allowing people to use BTC but the system is down. I found a new way to handle my business. I will not use this site any longer.

I wonder they have cancellation features. My money more than 10K USD is holding by Payredeem more than a week. I hope they have clear and safe canceling progress. I don't want they hold it and asking my bank statements, serial number, etc. anymore.

I am not computer SAVVY, so when the tide in America change and the brokers was no longer accepting debit/credit card, all my 4x account suffer. For years i have tried to open account with most of these financial institution or wallet as they are called, there was no phone help, no live chat, no nothing. Some 4 years down the road i came across this broker call LQ, uses Pay Redeem. When i log into the website, they have live customer service who actually pick up the phone and assist you an email that work and i get help like BAM BAM BAM, i am not saying everything will be great but it certainly pointing in that direction, and i am very GREATFUL for Pay Redeem.

Transfering money through this Platform with issues
I withdrew money from my FX broker, and PayRadeem was the only choice. So I created an account, updated my bank information, and provided a bank statement, not one but for two different accounts. The issue I have is now to unlock the account they are requesting a birth certificate, which is totally illegal and uncalled for, that's what we have IDs for. Nonetheless, it appears that this can't be a simple transaction so I feel my money is hijacked. SO much for customer service, I have called 3 times with no resolution. All I'm trying to do is transfer the money to my bank account. Now I'm not sure I will be transferring any money back from my bank to the broker through this platform. This should be a simple process.
