I have been waiting for my cash out…
I have been waiting for my cash out since April 19th. This company feels like I got scammed because there is always an excuse about my cash out. I was forced to withdrawal my deposit from them and it has been miserable experience. I pay my bills via trading and this has been a nightmare. I just want my money but I always get an excuse.

Plan ahead- Uncertain Withdrawal Time
Update:4/14/23
Received an email that confirmed that the money had been sent to my account, Checked my account and the funds have come in. Can pay my bills now, things were looking scary for a moment there. I hope PAYREDEEM can optimize their withdrawal process and speed So that things will get better moving forward.
Depositing money and getting Tier 1 is very smooth and easy BUT........
after great returns on my investment account I thought nothing could go wrong until i decided to withdraw my funds with PAYREDEEM. I am relying on that withdrawal/profit that i worked for to pay my bills etc. but the withdrawal has been delayed past the 10 business days on their website, Now i have fallen behind on bills and up next is my rent. If I had known it would take over 2 weeks I would not have gotten myself in this crazy situation. I talked to customer service and read other people's scary withdrawal stories, since then I Have not been sleeping well and I am very stressed out, My withdrawal still says PENDING. I am currently looking for loans until payredeem pays me....I have learned my lesson hope anyone reading this can avoid what i am going through.....will keep updated.

I cannot express my disappointment in…
My disappointment in PayRedeem has reached an all time high. I have been waiting two weeks for a Cash Out. To say this is the first time, would be inaccurate. Every cashout I've received has never come on time. There is always a delay and now this is the worse ever. I've read the other respondents and it's like they cut and paste the same answer. "We're doing everything that we can to speed up the cashout process." I don't see how they are doing this as it's been going on for months. I'm curious to see if I will get the same response as my fellow PayRedeem withdrawal friends.

Ever since Vload was taken over by pay redeem the withdrawal process has been a nightmare. 3 to 5 weeks to get your money. I can understand 1 time, but every time. They always offer excuses and apologies for the delays. There is no excuse you can have for that long of a delay. I don’t want an excuse I want my money in a timely manner.

Horrible company when it comes time to give you your cashout. The more money your cashing out the longer it takes. Currently waiting 3 weeks for my cashout which is ridiculous because they have no problem taking your money right away.

Do not use them for any withdrawals their process is slow and delayed. They take their time doing ach transfers and give you bland nonsense responses to why your wire transfers are taking so long. If you have funds just with draw them with another service because the withdrawal process through them is horrible. I’m still waiting

I requested a cashout January 31. It is March 1 and I still have not received any money. Response: Check your bank: money released February 16. Bank responds: I do not have any pending deposits. Ok wait a few more days

I have done payment from my bank…
I have done payment from my bank account /credit card to VLOAD a few years back .Found out that they are no longer in existence and they are now PAYREDEEM. Since last year I have been trying to rectified an issue with them and to date a simple matter cannot be resolved. I like to be a fair consumer and absolutely do like to speak negatively about a company . At this moment I do not know where to go for this issue to be resolved. Thank you

Non Transparency: Added Service Fees & Time Delays
First time around was a great experience with ease in wiring funds into account for an ecard. The second wire transfer of funds for a ecard has been riddle with issues, ranging over 8 business days to hidden service fees which were not added to original transaction order. Originally, PayRedeem communicated a 12 Euros service fee for the wire transaction, however added another 57 Euros to the transaction without client authorization. This does not include the fee charged in home bank. Be watchful and get a written confirmation on the service fee amount for any Pay Redeem transaction BEFORE, and verify it with the transaction order. Pay Redeem should post their corporate polices and service fees for both deposit and withdraw of funds by card, bank and wire transfer will avoid confusion, delays and unwanted deductions. An international bank transfer should not take more than 5 to 7 business days and yet, 12 days, PayRedeem holds funds that have already paid for an ecard.
