The payout time is ridiculous it should not take 3 weeks and I still don't have it. for a digital transaction to take place. I have called 3 times but just get the blanket answer of there's delays. What's the delay?

This company should be reported to the office of financial regulations.. They are holding people's funds for their own personal benefits and telling you they are delayed. It does not take an army to process ACH's so they are lying. The worst place to be managing people's money. My request for my money has been since June 20, 2023 and today is July 11, 2023 and its not yet in my account.

Requested a payout, and the same problem as everyone else- not recieved...
will never use this service again and would suggest no one else does either...

The company is terrible, bypass it, first i waited for a salary from 06/06/23, then i waited for the second one from 06/16/23, then i introduced a commission of 65 euros in one transaction, then they waited for a salary from 06/23/23. tell me why you are stealing money where are the payments today 04/07/23 do you think it is normal to write on the site (within 7 working days) introduce a huge commission for 1 transfer and never pay money! deceivers and liars. waste time and take advantage of people

I have already 2 cashouts from payredeem. they processing money not fast, but they doing it.
Definetly NOT scam.
Also support team is best support that I ever seen on payout services.
Hope they will modify international transfers for less fee and transaction speed increase.

They DO NOT pay on time. They do not pay at all. Since they use ACH, that's an automated process. You put in for a cashout/withdrawal. Then they email you and tell you "sorry, were having difficulties" OR "sorry, there was a delay" ... I do not like liars, this is not true. How does EVERYONE keep having the same experience. This company has horrible business practices and needs to be investigated and SHUT DOWN.

I've reported this company to the FCS... and you should too! They're SCAMMERS and LIARS... any bad reviews, they try and get them flagged.

Which breaks the law in their operating field of scope.

I received another payment 20 days later and what again? again , international payments don 't work . I don 't understand why you cooperate and register clients and their accounts if you can 't work with them stably . you should solve this problem as soon as possible, add crypto or something else , but now the service is useless

Yes PayRedeem have encountering a problem when come to international transfer and take very long for money to be in your account.

But their support team are one of the best if not the best in every industry. Always calm and helpful and they are very professional.

PayRedeem is for sure a honest company.

And here my timeline on my cash out.

25 April I ordered cash out from PayRedeem.

29 May I got my money returned to PayRedeem in form of E-Card. Because my bank didn't accept PLN.

01 June I try to order cash out to Revolut polish account but noticing that Revolut will suspend my account. So I asked PayRedeem support for help and they helped me stop that transaction and refund with no charge in less than 1 hour.

05 June I cashed out again via SWIFT to bank account and SWIFT address that support PLN. This time after 5 hours I got confirmation E-Mail from PayRedeem that my cash out is successful.

15 June I got 32,522 PLN in form of EUR in my bank account.

And support always help me find the way to take my money out.

Again best support ever and as I always told in chat have a nice day. :)

When you withdraw, they charge you a cash out fee, which is $30. It is fixed. I only want to withdraw $100, and at the end I only receive $70. That is very unreasonable.

My cash out has been "in process" for a month on June 12th. Today is June 9th, and still my funds haven't been received from PayRedeem. I've emailed several times, and called once. The same explanation each time. They're encountering large number of withdrawals. They're working to resolve it. I was told a week ago that deposits would be processed on Friday; wasn't done. Honestly; I'm beginning to think my funds have been stolen. These are funds I'm in desperate need of, and they couldn't care less. This is the first time I've had any problems with them at all, and I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. It makes no sense whatsoever, other than I've been scammed.

As of a month and a day, PayRedeem did process my withdrawal from my Broker into my Bank Account. I want to update my initial post/review of PayRedeem in all fairness to them. I want to thank them for their honest and quick replies to all of my emails. I do; however, hope that they will improve the wait time in the near future. Great company!
