Unbelievably Long Wait Time For Cashouts
I cashed out on May 28, 2023 with an amount of $12,257 USD. I asked every few days how long for cashout and customer service would always say the same things about delays, issue sent to financial department they would give me an update. I really thought was being scammed even though I have withdrew from them before. Jessie G sent an email Jun 23 saying my cashout was in the upcoming batch. Another email upate July 3 saying there were a limited high batches/week that they could process. I asked customer service if they could speed up the process, they decided to split the cashouts into 2 separate batches and I told them I should not be charged for the splits. The first half cashout I finally received on July 19 and the 2nd half cashout on July 28. It took 2 months (45 business days) to receive my money. It's not a scam, they are just really really slow. I hope this helps you all, make sure you cash out $5,000 USD maximum at a time, I dont know how long the future cashouts will be but I really hope they improve.

I've been waiting for a payment for a month now. Support says "be patient and double-checking" the exact date when the money will be available or what will happen next, they do not give any information. There are no claims to support, and I do not think that these are scammers. I just wish they paid at least once a month. As I noticed big problems with international transfers.

It's unfortunate to do business like that. Very unfortunate and deceiving. You hold people's money you don't even know how that impacts their life. May be some of us need their funds asap for medical/death emergencies or anything very urgent who knows ? And you're doing business like that ? Think about it...

Another cashout request fiasco!
I put in another cashout request on July 4, 2023. Since that time I have been told every week that my cashout would be processed that week or shortly after that. Today (August 4) I finally just told them to cancel the cashout and convert my funds to an ecard. They did that the same day (today)! I then used that ecard to put the funds back to where they were originally from and withdrew them from that source another way. It takes only 2 days to get my money that way. I WILL NOT use PayRedeem ever again for cashout, unless they can get back to a 3-5 business day turnaround. I have tried to get them to do cashouts several times and it is only getting longer and longer to get funds from them. There is no possible excuse to take over 1 month to process a cashout to a bank. I am surprised that they are actually still in business, but do not see them staying in business for long. They have had this problem for many many months and have apparently done NOTHING to either improve or fix the problems. Always the same excuses and empty promises. NEVER AGAIN! I recommend everyone STAY AWAY from this company as you may very well lose your money you have with them. POOR excuse for a business that cannot even do the business they are supposed to do! Un-Acceptable! Too many cashouts is there go-to excuse.........I call BullSh!t on that!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was credited funds via payredeem. Now I can't use it with any merchant. I contacted their C/S and was advised they don't have a merchant list. And I just have to keep searching all day with whatever merchant I want on their site. ALLLLLL the mainstream merchants I shop at isn't in their network. Go figure!!! complete waste of time and I will probably not get a chance to use my funds as they expire on 08/08/23. This is a complete scam and how does a legitimate business not have a running current rooster of merchants they utilize??

Waiting for a cash-out since June 30th…
Waiting for a cash-out since June 30th and today is August 2nd. Costumer service was kind in the beginning. No response now. I tried being patient and just got the run around.
*Edit: the date was August 14th 2023 and my cash out amount finally was sent through. I personally as a client that would like to continue to do services with Payredeem, I just want a little bit more transparency. It seems no matter what side of the world you're on these are some very uncertain financial times. The customer service for this company was great and kind the whole way through and it seems like they were speaking with their hands tied behind their back. From various jobs I've worked in the past with various financial institutions, I can completely understand how some of the work in the background can get very hectic. It's just that if a withdrawal is going to take two months then I would at least like to know the information when you're aware of the information. I get many people will be upset from being in this instant gratification society but, people like me. This information would just help me to plan accordingly. With that being said I really do like to thank all the people in customer service who are definitely kind as well as informative as they could be.*

Been almost a month and still have not…
Been almost a month and still have not received my payout. Insanely slow for payouts. At first they told me 3-5 days. Then 10 days , and now they stopped replying to me. If you’re looking for fast cash outs, this is not it !

Zero Star Scam
I'd give it a zero if I could. I've been waiting a month for funds. Everytime I write them they give me the same bs about high volume. Just process my money to my account or give it back so I don't need to take any legal actions.

What happened with my money?
I have been waiting for my money since 28 April 2023 year!! Transfer from Payredeem to Revolut bank.
Transfer is all the time in pending status and I dont have my funds on my account, I did not receive....
What happened with my money? I asked Payredeem but Im waiting almost one week to receive answer. Sounds like good joke but it is not, it is about my money which I really need. Im very disappointed.

This is at the point of unacceptable
I started a cash out on June 1st, it's July 17th, this actually is unacceptable for wire transfers that typically take 2-4 business days. It's well beyond a month and it still shows as "Waiting to be processed", I've contacted customer service 3 times just to get the same story of them having a back log of cash outs in the que to process. What good is being able to easily reach customer service if they can't give you an actual explanation of why this is happening or be able to give you a time frame of when you'll get your money? This is the only service I can use with my broker so it's looking like I'll have to close that account as I have no intentions of waiting months for thousands of MY dollars when I want to withdraw.
