I wish I could write a review of less than 1 star. This company is nothing but a fraud. You are able to deposit, with no issue. I requested a payout almost a month ago. When I emailed their customer support to follow-up, it took days for someone to respond. They responded with a generic statement about delays and it is being worked on. I waited another week and emailed again. This time I was told that SWIFT transfers has been temporarily disabled. How did they not inform their customers about this? I DO not advise anyone ro use them. Quite a few merchants have removed them as a method of deposit or withdrawal from their platforms. Do not use this company.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE
It took me 2 months to receive my withdrawal, not to add the days it took to set up the account again. I was forced to use the service by Hugosway because I initially deposited funds into Hugosway via VLoad (which is now Pay Redeem) 4 years ago. I discontinued using VLoad because the fees were much higher than Cashapp and the process was a pain in the a**
So now I had a good amount of funds in my Hugosway and I wanted to test out withdrawing some earnings, Once I go to withdraw some of the funds, I get instructed by the rep that I can only withdraw into the original account (NOW PAY REDEEM), which I no longer used. Not only that, I couldn't withdraw into my Cashapp or Coinbase until until, the original amount I had funded the VLoad with, was FULLY withdrawn.
(SOUNDS FISHY AND STUPID)!!!!
This was my correspondence to Pay Redeem after finally getting my requested withdrawal after 2 months and then having some other company tax me for ANOTHER fee:
"I'm lost! So, after 2 months you guys finally sent me my little $130, only to have another company (Global Primex) take another $20 from me!
Hands down, your company is horrible with their service and I pray I never have to use it again. Why did this company take $20 from me? I've never had this issue with Cashapp or Coinbase."
WARNING: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BROKE A** COMPANY, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SH** TOGETHER!

Are you under sanctions and have to route your ACH transfers all over everywhere?
You said your partners are somehow in the way? Then tell us who these partners are so we can avoid doing business with them as well.
You give us nothing but empty nonsense excuses like talking to a child. This you call running a business.

I've requested a cashout of $500 since August 8th. As of today's date August 24th I'm yet to receive it. Everytime I contacted customer service I get the same response that my cashout is in a queue waiting to be approved and they are experiencing delay. I'm passed frustrated at this point. This is money that I was waiting on to Pay bills. This is unsatisfactory and I can't get a time frame when I'm going to receive my money

Fast deposits but slow withdrawals now?
I received a withdrawal last year in less than five days when they were called VLoad but now PayRedeem has taken more than ten days to process my July 27th cashout request and today is August 21th and haven't recieved my funds. Completely dissatisfied, I hope they can get back to normal later.
Update: I have finally received my cashout payment on August 30th. Keep up the good work! I will give 5 stars as soon as its back to normal.

Waiting for cashout since 07/31/2023, the PayRedeem affirms the following:
"Please note that due to the high demand for cashouts, we are facing a delay in processing the payments. We are trying to fix the delay issue and send your funds as quickly as possible."
After a quick research right here at Trustpilot, reading the previous reviews written by other PayRedeem clients, I noticed the cashout issue is pretty common, what makes me think is it a real issue or are we facing a spurious practice?

Not Working With Their Listed Broker
I've tried to withdraw my funds for over a month now. After receiving the same response from customer service multiple times, (there being a back log in the que) I was finally informed about the option of cancelling my transaction and receiving an eCard so that I can deposit my funds back in to my account.
C/S at PayRedeem told me that the eCard should be ready within 24hrs (which it was) but they did not inform me that they were having issues with the broker I was using (FX Choice) so that I would not be able to deposit the funds back in to my account. When I contacted the broker, they informed me that they have been having an issue with PayReedem for over a month now. It seems like shady business practices on PayRedeem's part to issue the funds back "to me" and say you can have access to your funds but then not tell you they are having issues with the broker.
