before my cashout I heard about their problems, but I ask personally support team about it and they promise, that everything is okay. but when money was added to my account on payredeem - they tell me that cashout are stopped. very nice strategy.
when they will pay? after 5 years? I don't know. but half year to make SWIFT payment is very funny. when it was 1-2 month of solving this problem - it is ok. everybody can have problems with payments. but when it is half year - how it is called?

Will I ever see my funds again?
When I used them to make a deposit to my broker, everything worked as designed. The transfer took a little over a week but it was my first experience so I didn't know any better. This was 3 years ago.
Now, I'm still waiting, over 2 1/2 weeks and nothing other than a few replies to my emails about having problems and will send on to financial section.
Haven't heard from them since, and no one responds to my emails. I'll try to reach them by phone tomorrow...
Not a positive experience and I am questioning whether I will actually see the funds again...

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. By the looks of things they are unable to send your funds internationally. I hadn't known this and tried to cash out my money. Over a week later I found out that they could not send my money and suggested to cancel my withdrawal. Apparently cancellation of a withdrawal that has not been processed takes several day. How can it take several days to cancel something. Utterly unsatisfactory service. DO NOT USE.

Don’t be surprised if this platform shuts down and you don’t get your money back , once my money went to payredeem I haven’t got it back they say they send the money out in batches, you will not receive a ticket number or anything, and then you will continuously wait weeks and get the same response from whoever talks to you via support

still haven't received my funds. I was told earlier this week that the funds would be going out in the next batch this friday. Now there's a delay and payredeem resolution is to cancel the transaction. It's terrible it takes hours to take funds. then when youre owed funds you never receive them

Still haven’t received funds, just multiple reps telling me sorry the money will go out, last rep Abby k said it will go out in first batch. Which is odd being that their reply here 12/20 said it will go out in the next batch. Which leads me to believe they haven’t paid anyone in months

Just like the other lower than 4-star reviews say. You wait months to get your funds or if anything at all and the same BS excuse. I was forced to do a split withdrawal, I received my money through Coinbase but with the rest with pay redeem waiting in a queue never heard of having to wait in a queue to withdraw funds.
UPDATE: If anyone is wondering I received my cashout on January 5th

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. CASHOUTS ARE SENT TO US BANKS ONLY. Your funds will literally get stuck with them. I had been trying to set up my UK bank account to CASHOUT - kept being rejected due to issues regarding my bank BIC and UK identification, even though my documents had been verified already. After multiple attempts and going back and forth, they only just say that CASHOUTS ARE SENT TO US BANK ACCOUNTS ONLY. So now my money is stuck with them. THIS IS LITERALLY MISLEADING AND WITHOLDING INFORMATION. Had I known, then my funds wouldn't be stuck there.

Years of trust lost in 1 day.…
For the first time in years I have an issue. The other part of the issue is that while they state they have 24 7 customer service they now do not.
This has me very concerned about their stability as a company.
For years I could send an email and get a reply im minutes. Initiate a chat and someone was there.
In todays case they took money from me then claimed it was a failed transaction and did not issue my virtual card.
Then no one to talk to.

i wish there was less than 1 star , deposit happens very fast , but withdraw takes ages , im still in the process of withdrawing 35 euros since 14 days , man 14 days for 35 euros and still got nothing , what a shameful company that needs to get shut down , will discuss with attorney if i can screw them as they state in withdrawal period 5-7 days , now its 14 days since , worst ever company , never again.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. I’ve changed brokers just to avoid using this platform any more. They are not transparent about their processing time, as I have no idea when I will get my money back. With the way this company operates, I’ve already accepted the loss. This company should be shut down and shouldn’t be allowed to operate, especially when it comes to money. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER use this. If you’re thinking about it, just don’t. Fund your account with bitcoin it’s less headache. Shame on you for taking people’s money and dragging your feet to give it back.
