Been with this company since. VLOAD also and the service is secure and simple. I updated my card info recently and was on the bank trying to get the fraud alert hold off the card, and at the same time payredeem was reaching out to me via email, updated some info, and voila I’m on my way. Pay redeem and my bank have my back. It’s also the fastest option for loading my trading account.

My experience with PayRedeem Customer Service
I have had some issues trying to buy e-cards and I have been in touch with my Credit Card and with PayRedeem.
My credit card customer service has been very slow, in some cases inefficient and they gave the merry-go-round from one agent to another.
PayRedeem Customer Service on the contrary has been extremely efficient, prompt, and very helpful.
Whenever I sent an email they replied within minutes, literally!!
