Only giving one star as no option for ZERO. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!! ordered a bed back in February still not received and no replies to emails

Ordered a bed and other accessories from here 2 months before we got our puppy. The items still hadn’t arrived before the puppy came so we had to buy the items locally. The delivery eventually came after 3 months. I returned the items and I’ve never received a refund. That was a year ago! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! If I could give Zero to this scam company I would. Order and money taken end July and website still showing as being packed. No repsonse to repeated emails. No customer service phone number. I paid by Paypal so hope to get a refund.

Listen to the advise before mine. Payment taken and no dog bed, no correspondence from them despite emails and the phone number is invalid. I can't believe they are still in business I ordered on 10th July. I have applied for a refund from my bank under the charge back scheme.

Terrible. They don’t actually send the product, just take your money. No point trying to contact them they don’t respond. Scam.

Placed and paid for an order over 6 months ago and still waiting on any type of response from them. I email them every week and still nothing back. Worst company ever...

I needed a dog bed, did a google search and this company came up with what looked like the perfect dog bed. I ordered it, money was taken from my bank account immediately. Over 30 days now and no sign of any movement because you can supposedly track your order. No sign of packing or out for delivery. I’ve emailed them once already and no response. I’ve just sent a request for a refund because past the 30 days. Only option I have left if no reply is to speak to my bank. In future I will be very careful not to use companies that just show up in google without reading reviews first because these companies are obviously paying to show up in the results even though they don’t follow basic UK consumer law. They mislead, take your money and leave you confused and out of pocket.

As below, they take your money and that's it. Wish I had checked when I saw they don't take PayPal.

Does anyone know If they can be reported anywhere??

I wish I had seen these reviews. Shocking everyone seems to be the same boat as me, ordered a bed a month ago, chased three times for an update and no response. Absolutely shocking. Going to get onto my credit card company to get money back.

If I could give zero stars I would I made an order on the 2nd of may and it’s now 31st august and I still haven’t received it Iv tried numerous times to get through to someone to either find out where my order is or get a refund and it’s completely shocking they ignore everyone and just take they money and don’t send out items it’s been over 17 weeks so I’m not really expecting it to turn up now as I know iv been ripped of by this shocking company so just to make everyone aware do not order from these scammers!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I paid for a bed and I have never received that bed. It has been over three months and I have emailed, Instagram messaged and even contacted my bank. Never ever ever purchase from this scam/fraud website!!!

I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing a dog nail grinder.
Luckily I only paid £10, some people have been scammed out of a lot more money for items they haven’t received.

KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I wish I had seen these reviews. Placed my order in July , promised 6-10 days delivery and still waiting. They do not reply to emails and their phone does not connect. Trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Hi I ordered a dog collar and lead in March and still waiting for order. No communication from them. When I checked the tracking it just says ready for transport.

Scammers! Ordered a £42 dog bed 2 months ago and never arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They'll take your money and that'll be it.
