Ordered bed in July still waiting, disgusting the way they treat people

Ordered in July and even though they took my money I have never received the items. So far they have ignored every email I have sent! BEWARE!

Placed order 22/9. Spent £47.50. Chased and chased still not received my item. So cross that I didn’t look in to this company first!!!

DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM PAWTASTIC!

Awful they have taken my money and no goods - they need shutting down and taking off the internet - you should be ashamed.

I made purchase based on the Google review rating. I’ve not received the item. Emails are being rejected. Telephone number is not in use - beware !

In the same boat as everyone else. However I have received two emails from them, one telling me it had been dispatched after I asked and one asking me to review the product (which I haven’t received). Going to report to trading standards, the more people report the better. So annoyed. Appalling - should not be allow trade any more. Only wish I had read reviews before placing an order.

Please don't use this company. You won't receive your items and now having to try and get money back through bank. They won't reply to your emails. PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely awful experience. They take your and then NOTHING. They’re probably based in china and there’s no way of contacting these scam artists. Disgusting really.

I would also give this company no stars. Absolutely appalling. No contact number and they completely ignore any emails .I've now sent about 8 ! They take your money , give you an estimated delivery date and no products arrive . How is this company allowed to get away with this..it seriously needs looking into by trading standards

Like many others now realise I've been scammed. Ordered a dog bed at £32 it was a lot of money for me. Waiting 6 weeks, they even sent email saying it was out for delivery and would be 6-10 day. 4 weeks later no product and no response to emails.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I’m still waiting for my parcel 3 months later. No response to my emails, at this point I think I’ve been scammed!

This has happened to me too ordered July not shown up no reply to emails phone number does not exist total scam!

I wish I had read these reviews before falling into the same trap! I ordered 2 items, neither of which have arrived and no response from e-mails. This company needs to be investigated and taken down.

Don’t waste your time with this company, I ordered a donut bed anti anxiety one on the 4th of August, after about 3 weeks emailed them to see how long it would take. VERY IGNORENT didn’t get a reply !! So after 4 weeks sent another email still no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal so reported it. Had to wait until today 15/09/21 to give them time to reply (PAWTASTIC) still no reply , received an email this morning saying I’ve won my case and will be getting a refund. Thankyou PayPal. So beware of this shoddy company!!!!!!!!!
