I ordered the pawtastic air purifier£34 pais which was supposed to be discounted from £64 only to find the same product for under £20 onn Amazon. Came in a box with Air Perifier logo no sign of a Pawtastic ogo . Such a Scam

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Don’t buy!!! Dog lead did not arrive lost £ 22.99.

I can’t believe this company still stealing peoples money!

I ordered an anti-anxiety dog bed from this awful company. It hasn't arrived from 6 months ago! I have emailed them numerous times with no answer from them. They are still advertising and promoting their products!

I really should not give 1star the company is a fraud. I spent £39 on a dog bed on the 14/10/22. They do not respond to any emails their phone contact is a mobile number which I messaged again no reply. How do l get my money back????

I ordered a dog bed, £25 charged to my credit card but dog bed never received. There is no way of contacting the company by phone, only email, which all go without a response. I hope to receive my money back from the CC company.

You might as well throw your money into the fiery pit of hell. Because you have as much chance of getting it back from the devil himself, than you would this fraudulent company.

What's more, they've just rebranded to Fancy Paws. Probably because of these reviews and the fact that some fat cat (pardon the pun) is losing their income via the donations, made by us, the customers. Not intended as a donation of course, but it will turn out that way.

I implore you, do not even be tempted to make a purchase with Pawtastic / Fancy Paws unless you have the inexplicable urge to be taught a valuable lesson in being scammed.

My only wish is that there is more that could be done to ensure this company (and others like it) cease trading. It is diabolical that people are still being so regularly swindled by 'organisations' who have so little concern about repercussions, largely because they never materialise.

An update on this scammer. They have rebranded to Fancy Paws, 13 freeland Park Lytchett Park, Matravers, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FH. I shall report this to Barclays fraud dept. who kindly refunded the money paid to Pawtastic for a deg bed never received. Pawtastic phone also unobtainable. Please warn folk! I note you will let Pawtastic know, they no longer operate, may I suggest it is sent to Fancy Paws.

Just received an email that thay have rebranded to Fancy Paws. Still not received items 2 years on or any money. Do not fall for the scam

Please do not order from this company they are fraudsters, I had to report them to my bank who kindly refunded my money.

To the very few who can’t believe why we have given crap reviews! Firstly the one who states people we are in a pandemic of course there will be delays with the post etc etc etc erm we aren’t in a pandemic now! Also I’ve found the exact same dog beds on eBay from a different seller! They guarantee delivery within 3-4 days from China! So mmm me thinks your reviews are fake! Also why is there no replies to emails etc from the company? You can’t give any excuse for that can you?

Total scam DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!! You will not receive it!! It is a fake site operated by thieves!!!

I have reported this to the Lloyds Bank fraud team who are now investigating. The money is paid into noan account called Paws UK in Manchester but is not traceable on the internet.

I wish there was less than one star and I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before spending over £40 on a bed for my dog and clearly been scammed. I'm so angry with myself AND them!

Paid £60 for. Dog bed over a month ago and still not received it. Order confirmed and mo reply to chasing emails and no contact number

Bought a bed for my puppy in July and still haven’t received it. No reply to messages or emails. Avoid at all costs. Horrible scammers taking money off people. We’re in a cost of living crisis and these people are just vile
