I wish I had looked up these reviews before I ordered. I was just so incredibly excited to get new toys for my new puppy. Toys which never arrived. Along with a dog bed and a cover for the inside of my car. All in all, they took £140 from me. Ordered on July 28th and haven’t heard a peep since.

Do not order from pawtastic , I ordered a mat for my dog on the 4th August not received it ,tried to contact them sent messages no reply from them , will be taking this further

Total scam. Wish I’d checked here before making a purchase with these fraudsters. Will be getting the money back from my bank. Avoid them at all cost, they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of money knowing how difficult the economic situation is and that people are struggling to pay bills and buy food.

I would give no stars but there is no option , this is a scam , bank is looking into it I will get my money back , I have tried to contact on numerous occasions with no reply , please do not buy from this company

I ordered 2 Kongs for my dogs and they never came . Waited 12 weeks now and no form of contact . Luckily I didn't spend alot but when a delivery charge is added aswell it takes the mic . How can this place even be a place . Avoid !

I paid for 2 dog beds which didn’t materialise. No way of contacting them. Emails returned as undeliverable. No response to form submitted through website. No phone number. Amex refunded my payment so it was ok in the end. I will definitely check Trust Pilot in future!!

Wish I had come to trustpilot first - took my money, have never seen the dog bed and impossible to contact anyone!

Wish I had seen this before I purchased their treat ball. OK, it was only £15.99 but like everyone else here they never shipped it and never answered my emails.

Looking like the same as all the reviews ive been ripped off lucky only 18 pounds but I'm a oap in bad health and it was a treat for my dog my only companion and only company i have and I don't have spare money to waste, I really hate how people can do this hopefully karma comes around quickly hope this scam gets caught up with, don't use this company at all

Similar experience unfortunately never received the order and when emailing no responses.
I have made a claim via my Amex and got a refund - worth checking with your bank and so they can flag those companies.

Appalling how this company can get away with taking peoples money .. I ordered 2 dog beds .. They took my money and I’ve heard nothing since .. I’ve emailed them 3 times and I’ve had no response..

This company is a scam. They must have made so much money from all the people who paid and never recieved their dog bed. Feb 2020.Paid £38.50. Told there was a delay due to covid. Left constant messages and never recieved my dog bed. Never got a reply. Its based in China with a PO box in Manchester.

Rubbish. Don’t order from them. I ordered a dog bed in October 2021. Never arrived. They took £48 from me. Have emailed them 3x and no reply, no dog bed. Disgusted!

If there was no stars that’s what I would have put.
I ordered several things for my dog, they took the money out of my account the next day.
Needless to say having read the other reviews ….
The products never arrive I continued to email them for two months and never got a response.
WHY ARE THEY STILL ADVERTISING AND SENDING OUT EMAILS.

This website is a scam, please avoid it. They never delivered the item I ordered and don't reply to emails

They took my money like every bugger else , no goods arrived , it’s not the money it’s the principle, they are still trading as I’ve just received January offers email , how can this still be happening .

Crooks. Like so many others here, the goods never arrived. They didn't respond to my emails asking for a refund and their phone number is phoney. They are not registered with Companies House - at least not under their trading name. I got my money back through chargeback via my bank and Citizens Advice reported them to Trading Standards. The joke is they still keep spamming me with "amazing offers". Avoid like the plague...

I ordered a bed for my dog in April 2021 and it never arrived. I emailed repeatedly asking where my item was but apart from one automated reply to my email I have heard nothing. After waiting in vain for 2 months I asked for a refund but have still received no response. Absolutely disgraceful that this company is still trading. They should be shut down for misleading people and stealing their money!

I have been waiting , like many others , for my order on15th November. No reply to emails and the telephone rings once before the receiver is disconnected . It certainly looks likely that my money (taken the next day ) has been taken fraudulently . Having given this company , if it still exists , ample time to complete the order even if it was coming from China , I am now contacting my credit card company for hopefully a refund .
