2 months never received anxiety dog bed, numerous chase up emails.and today I see my emails cannot be sent to this company bounce back.its a disgrace keep away from them.. as I see this a scam robbing people.

I so wish I had read these reviews before ordering a dog bed, this company must be shut down my email bounced back from their so called support address, no reply to anything, no dog bed and feeling I've been scammed!

Yup, me too. Purchased two little beds in September, money taken and nothing arrived. No reply to emails. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Wish I could give a no star review.. and wish I had checked out the trust pilot reviews..
No delivery of the dog bed and they took the money pretty quick so going to contact my credit card company now.. when will I ever learn..always check out before pressing that buy now button

Think I’ve been duped too. Say their UK based. Then informed my order has been sent to shipping company. Ordered dog bed in early October nothing received. Have emailed requesting refund. Of course no response. Should’ve done my homework a d checked reviews first. Stay clear of this company.

I have read these reviews and I am victim too. Fact they take our money ... no items are ever delivered.. is criminal.

Bought a bed from them in April and it's now November and still has not been received. Still no response to my many emails, no refund, nothing. Stay clear.

Wish I'd read these reviews before hand. Took my money then don't deliver nor have a working email address that works. Looks very dodgy.

Do not order from them never reply to any emails. Still haven't received order and that's over 6 months.

Never received goods (anti anxiety bed) they ignore emails and are not contactable by phone.

Ended up reporting through my credit card company and Action Fraud line. Credit card company have refunded me and are pursuing Pawtastic. Maybe coincidence but 5 months after ordering from Pawtastic started get fraudulent transactions for van insurance through my credit card!!! Card cancelled and fraudulent payments refunded.

Can’t believe there website has not been closed down and they are still ripping people off like me = they are happy to take money for goods but do not supply them.

ordered a bed in september took money straight away still waiting 6 weeks later contact number doesnt work sent 5 emails not had 1 response stay away from these there scammers.

Ordered a dog bed on 17th September but it was not delivered until 19th October. Truly shocking delivery time scale. The quality of the bed is average at best. Would I buy from Pawstastic again? Not a chance! Avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off!
