Do not order from this company they will take your order and your payment and that is the last you will see of it. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried calling them emails are not replied to and the phone number doesn’t exist. Keep your money in your pocket not there’s.

SCAM DO NOT BUY. No customer service, no goods supplied. No communication. Phone number on website doesn’t exist. Goods never appear.

I ordered a £47 dog bed, 1 month later they we're still packing it. No customer service number and no response of a refund - This is the first review i've ever written because they genuinely are a scam company.

I wish I read reviews about this computer prior to ordering. Likewise I have been subject to fraud. I ordered a dog bed from the website and two weeks later it has still not arrived. I have tried contacting the company but to no avail!

Ordered a dog bed for £45 but nothing arrived. No response to emails. Trying to get our money back through our credit card and pawtastic, the cheeky bas****'s, are disputing it!! Do not use this 'company' they are scammers.

Ordered a personalised dog collar, took weeks to arrive and it’s not personalised, I’ve contacted them several times and get no response, bad customer service. Avoid!

As other comments - this company are crooks.. have paid £49.95 for dog bed that has not arrived... Tracking shows it leaving China to UK and now on to the US

Like others here I'd read great reviews about a dog bed that was available through Pawtastic. Unfortunately, also like some here, I didn't read Trustpilot first. Same story - they took my money 3 weeks ago, only part of the order arrived; shrink-wrapped of poor quality; no response to emails. They have 2 days before I contact my credit card for a charge back. Just don't do it.

Placed an order in March. It's now July and still no pet bed. Luckily I only paid £20, but please please PLEASE read these reviews. No customer service response. If the price is too good to be true - it probably is.

Like others I saw initial review ratings looked great only to have no response regarding my order. Nothing received and looking highly likely I will not receive at all.
I should have known better to do my research properley. Although I spoken to my bank and can proceed with a charge back if not received in 15 days. So fingers crossed I might get my money back

Unfortunately I also did not read reviews but I'm a new pet owner and when you search for a nice bed for them "pawtastsic" is one of the first hits also it shows that the reviews for the product itself are good but DONT BUY FROM HERE. it took 3 weeks and only part of my order arrived they don't have a normal customer service platform nor do they respond to your queries. AVOID as they charge a fortune and don't follow through. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Item took over 2 weeks to arrive and is nothing like as described. Total crap. Was supposed to be an extra large sofa bed for a dog it came in a shrink wrapped parcel the size of a rugby ball.and when open looked like a mat.about 15 inches by 24 inches and on the picture it looks like3-4 inch sides, there is more stuffing in a box of Paxo. They don’t respond when you ask for a refund, a total disgrace. The scum of the earth.They need shutting down and heavy prison sentences issued.

Took my money and didn't deliver goods. Would not reply to any of my emails. Reported them to my bank and claimed my money back through HSBC and Visa. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I should begin by stating that I had to give one star rating to even begin this review. This is not a legitimate company - they are scammers!!! I stupidly placed an order for two pet beds on 10/02/21 without checking reviews first. What a fool I was. They took payment the next day of course. Despite chasing via email and being promised delivery, I still have not seen anything since then - 4 months ago now. I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU’RE UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I did get the item I ordered but it took 3 weeks, so arrived too late. I clicked on the link to return it but it states wait for a email to advise how to return after they have reviewed my request, no email has come through.I have contacted them but no reply so maybe on reading the reviews I won’t bother. I did get a email asking me to review the item which I have not done. Would I buy again,no.

Unbelievable! I have had the same experience as all the other victims of this dreadful fraud ,ordered dog bed 30/94/21,messaged ,emailed nothing then to add insult to injury they emailed me last week asking me to leave review about my experience. I have also messaged Google explaining this is a fraudulent company and why are they promoting them first when you search dog beds.They have not replied.
