I ordered a £40 dog bed from this company over a month ago and nothing has arrived! Emailed them & no response & phone number doesn’t work. This ‘company’ needs to be shut down & prosecuted immediately!

Same as others, money taken, no goods received, no replies to emails, no refund, sent me an email to review goods! Why is nothing being done about this obvious rip off company?

Ordered beginning of September a £40 dog bed, never received it. Sent lots of emails, had no replies. Then they sent me an email to review the dog bed I still haven’t received!!!!! Please either send it or I would appreciate that you refund my money.

Do not order from this company. I submitted an order on 4 October and still awaiting delivery. I have emailed them and no response to date. I have rung them but the phone line is unavailable.

Ordered a XXXL dog mat. It took forever to arrive! If it was a XXXL the small mat must be the size of a postage stamp! Look elsewhere and purchase for half the price.
With so many bad reviews this company should be investigated.

Do not go near this website! Not happy I had to give it one star before I could write this review. Should get zero stars. As many others are clearly discovering, this is a scam. I ordered and paid for a dog bed two months ago. I subsequently received an email saying delivery in a week or two. Many weeks went by and no dog bed and no word, so I tried to phone them. Phone line dead. Emailed them but as others have discovered no replies to emails ever arrive. Then saw this series of reviews with same experience as me. What is particularly upsetting is I ordered the dog bed as my son's dog has been seriously ill recently and I ordered the bed for him to be more comfortable when they come to stay with us. He is now thankfully recovered. We are contacting our bank to attempt to get our money back.

This outfit also has the nerve to have set up an automated system sending out emails asking to review their products and asking people to buy more stuff off them. They should be reported to the police for theft.

You have been warned.

Reported to my bank as a scam, do not order anything from this company. email bounces back and the contact number fails. Amazing that fb allow them to advertise!!

Got to be a scam of some sort - ordered two beds 10 days ago - had loads of emails to buy more stuff but nothing about when the beds will arrive. Horrified to see these reviews. If they are legit surely they would reply to an email or six! Avoid is my suggestion and I will be getting my money back from card company.

How is this company allowed to still trade. I am amazed. Ordered a dog bed in February. Despite contacting them numerous times never arrived and no refund. Do not go near them!

Beware of this company. Ordered a dog bed and it didn’t arrive. All attempts to reach company failed. There has now been an attempt to use my card fraudulently which fortunately the bank stopped.

This company is rubbish. They appear to have the right credentials but once you order you dontt hear anymore. They need investigating by rogue traders program or by any other consumer champions. Shame on Google & Facebook for contuining to show their adverts

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE and look at the reviews here about user experiences with this SCAM company before you lose your money. I ordered a dog bed for my ailing pug to comfort her in her final weeks and despite pleading for contact with delivery date not one word has come back. Telephone number dead...now their email address us coming back as undelivered. Found out I can get the same product next day and cheaper from Amazon. Now the fight starts to get a refund on my credit card for a fraudulent transaction.

Order 2 dog beds in August have never arrived. Have sent numerous emails and messages. Have requested a refund and have heard nothing back. Should have checked the reviews. Have now claimed thru our bank.

Ordered a dog bed, said would take 6-10 days, hasn't arrived, sent two emails, have replied to them. Luckily brought the bed on credit card, so can get a refund through that.

Scam. Got a confirmation email, tried to track my parcel a week later as it hasn't arrived, and the emails have vanished from my gmail. Hence, I googled, and I found these reviews.

Total scam, they take the money and never send the product. How do I get my money back?!
