I've never received my goods. They don't respond to emails and the phone number on their site is dead. Next step Trading Standards.

Second [follow up] review about Pawstastic. I ordered a round dog bed which never arrived. But this company took the money and to date I have never been reimbursed. It is really a follow up from the first experience and what I did to protect myself. Anyone who has "bought" anything from this company and not received the goods to contact your bank who will direct you to the fraud squad. My bank looked into this company and refunded me within a week. I also cancelled my card immediately as my opinion is, [and it's just my opinion] if they can take finance from my card for nothing once, they can do it again and again.
Hope am wrong but if it looks like fraud, behaves like fraud it usually is fraud

If only I had read the reviews!!! Ordered a anti anxiety bed for my little old man who's birthday has well gone now. Two months on and no response from my emails. So my boy still doesn't have a bed and I am £52 out of pocket. Legal action is the only choice I have left.

I would give a minus 10 stars, they took my money on 26.9.2021. They didn't send the goods and they refuse to answer my emails. Disgusting TRADING standards officers should be involved.

I actually received my order - 2 dog coats - but had to return as they were too small, however, several weeks later no sign of any refund. I have tried all the usual channels to contact them to no avail.

This is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced. I bought two pet beds in March and still haven't received them. They don't respond to emails, there's no phone number, and you can't leave comments on their social media. I don't know who or what they are, but they certainly aren't selling pet products to consumers. I've now gone to a consumer ombudsman to take action. I strongly recommend that other customers do the same.

Took payment, never delivered. Its been over a month, no response to emails, phone number doesn't work. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered an anti-anxiety bed for my friend's rescue over a month ago. Status says it's being 'packed'. They apparently ship from Manchester and my friend is in London so I'm not sure what's going on. No response to emails, texts, phone calls. Should have read the reviews. More than a month later, I've not received my purchase, the dog is without a bed, and I'm out of pocket. I've tried to contact them everyday but it's not been of any help. I've done a chargeback with my bank. Will report to trading standards as well. Utterly unacceptable.

This is SCAM. I have submitted Action Fraud report, all of you who have been scammed need to do the same. There is another fraudulent e-commerce site selling perfume with the same contact details operated by the same person (PO Box in Manchester check your WordPay receipt to get the name). Reported to worldpay including the name of the criminal who has stolen our money

Ordered a Blanket and its over a month being delivered, contact number is a mobile (Who does this for a company?) and as everyone else no response from emails. Waste of time and money.

What a scam!!!!!
How can this company get away with this continuous theft? I will be reporting them to relevant authorities hope they all locked up. Pay for goods that never arrive, don’t reply to your emails but have the nerve to send emails promoting their products and specials.
So many complaints from customers reporting the same experience.

Sorry to be monotonous but same as everyone. Bought a bed for my dog months ago, received delivery notice and request for feedback but no bed!!!! Many emails with no response. Infuriating crooks!!!! They need to be shut down now before more poor souls are duped. My poor dog has his old worn out bed and I have been robbed of over £50 :(

same as everyone, ordered dog bed it has not been delivered, on 1st oct sent copious emails no reply, phone cuts off after one ring, dont quite know where to go from here.

Ordered dog bed in September they've taken my money but not delivered the bed. I've emailed several times and tried to phone them with no luck at all.

Same story- no dog bed delivered and I am being emailed to review my product- hard to do when I don't have it

No dog bed but they take your money. Ask your bank for a refund.
