Absolutely raging, wish I'd read the reviews here first, paid £49.99 for a dog bed and recieved nothing despite e-mails and messages through fb,, why is this company still allowed to advertise and why does Google bring them up on a search. Do not touch with a barge pole, Absolute robbing Bs.

Wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order . Tried to contact them 5 times , totally ignore any communication. Product still not arrived either. How is this company able to continue. I'd give them no stars if it was possible.

I trusted this website as it had the padlock 😔 order never received so will try to go through my bank for a refund. I usually only pay via PayPal so that will teach me!

Avoid like plague they are donr send goods at all £60 bed didint show up they proper ignore you aswell it's been nearly month

Ordered a dog bed too no response to email. Paid through World Pay no response from the either. Will contact my bank tomorrow. Surely Google should block them from advertising !

Ordered in August and still didn't receive goods. I wish I read all these reviews before ordering the bed from this company.

Same again ordered some goods July, tried to contact the company on numerous times vis email and direct on their website. No response. Telephone no. Is dead.

The same as all the reviews below... dog bed ordered in March, nothing delivered, no reply to emails... This is clearly a fraudulent company that only has a PO address and no phone number so they can get away with it. Wish I'd checked trust pilot first!

I placed 2 orders with this company on 24 July haven’t received either order also have sent 2 separate emails no reply . Surely there should be some way this company can be stopped . I received another advertising email from them today even though they haven’t replied to my direct emails .

Please do not use this company. They take your money, don’t send you your order then ignore your emails. They have stolen money from so many people the police should be investigating them not just the credit card companies. They then have the nerve to still send email adverts to me! Truly disgusting and shameful!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a dog bed on 17 July and I've never received it. I have sent so many emails, FB messages and Instagram messages to the company and I have never had a single reply. In effect, they've stolen money from me and my credit card company are investigating them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a bed end of July with a delivery date of mid August, chased over the space of 3 emails with no response, the advertised mobile number was a dead tone and have also tried messenger.

Terrible company. Am another customer where my money taken immediately and still waiting for an anxiety bed ordered in July. They never answer any emails and have not refunded the money paid for goods not received. Totally disgusted. Never use this company.

I ordered from this website on 23 July.
Goods haven’t arrived despite payment being taken on same day. Company haven’t responded to emails & phone calls.

Do not order from this company .They take your money and don’t send you the goods .No way to contact them other than email which sends an automated response and you never hear from anybody .Cannot get my money back from them 🤬

I share all the review comments. I ordered 29th july no goods received. Emailed them numerous times no response. Do NOT use this fake sight. Attempted scam through my bank as well, luckily lloyds interacted transaction.

Fraudsters, will take your money & that’ll be the last you see of it or hear from them.
