Placed an order on the 26th July for anti anxiety bed.Tracking states order is being packed on the 28th July and still states that nearly 4 weeks later.Emailed customer service for an update 3 times and no response as delivery date has now supassed. Terrible customer service. Request for a refund ignored.

I'm afraid I share the sentiments of Emma - no response to Customer Service and unable to contact them via, just disconnects - I too wished I had checked Trustpilot - I will be raising this with my bank to get a refund - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THIS IS A SCAM

no reply to any of my emails/contact forms. no reply to given phone number. no product arrived and its been one month though it say 6-8 days.

Have reported these cowboys to Trading Standards and written to Newspapers.
The address they tell you to contact - PO Box 4336, Unit 35929 , Manchester M61 0BW is reg to Rara Education Proj Ltd.
They need investigating and reporting to the Police for fraud.
THEY MUST BE STOPPED FROM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Scam website. Taken off with £16 of my money. They do not reply to emails. There is no number to call. Scum bags.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they just take your money and fail to provide the goods. I'm sure Martin Lewis would be interested in this.

Ordered an anti anxiety bed in march and still haven't received my order. I've sent them more emails than i can count and not one response. Haven't been refunded after my tracking said order was cancelled (not by me) not a reliable website to order from. I got the exact same bed from Amazon instead.

Nothing arrived. No response from customer service after 4 attempts

Shipping took 6 weeks. The company make out to be from the U.K. but they’re not. Poor communication (as in no reply at all to missing parcels!) and products are nothing to shout about. All round bad experience.

PLEASE DON'T purchase from this company. They don't exist, if they do they will just take your money and not provide you with your order.

This is the worse site ever and has to be a scam. I ordered a dog bed last February and it still hasn’t arrived. They ignore my numerous emails and warn that I will be put at bottom of the email list if I email again. I continue to email them and I have asked for a refund and still nothing ….. this company should not be allowed to operate

Well looking at these reviews I might get the pet blanket next year? Not good is it! Taking people's hard earned money for their beloved pets. Something should be done about this company. So I might get it and I might not is the answer.
After several emails I have not had one answer. The item has not even left the depot on 15th July from when it was ordered! ☹️🤬

Quick update as I did not know how to write another review of this company. The dog blanket arrived today. It's ok I suppose. Not worth the wait of a month though.

.co.uk domain, ships from China. Tracking not usable and delivery dates have shifted. Still waiting on items.

Ordered a bed in Jan cancelled same day as delivery date was 6 weeks have sent many many emails they do not respond - no refund - no reply company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE cant understand how it is allowed to trade someone not doing their job .all the good reports are false.

Happy with the goods when they arrived. As mentioned by another reviewer the goods (compared to other companies) do take rather a long time to arrive. From what I could see from the tracking info it would appear that the goods were shipped from China. I had read the reviews so it was my choice to go ahead and order.
