I ordered a dog bed on 16th April and it still hasn’t been delivered. I received an order confirmation but nothing else. I wrote to customer support asking where my order is and received an automated email acknowledging receipt along with a warning
“ Please be aware that following up before you hear back from us will lead to your ticket being returned to the bottom of the list and a longer response time.”

I’ve head nothing else. After waiting in vain for 6 weeks I contacted them to cancel and requested a refund - still nothing. Disgraceful to take the customer’s money and not provide the goods. My advice - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this website it is a scam! They should be shut down by trading stadards. You will not receive any thing!

I placed an order on the 3rd May for two beds. Still not received these. Did get an email asking to write a review. Have emailed the company various times but no reply. Does anyone have a phone number????

Brilliant seller excellent customer service, the lead and collar I purchased was of a very good quality. Would definitely buy from and highly recommend pawstastic.

They claim to be a small UK company, dispatching from their warehouse and mentioning UK couriers but that's not true. The items are coming from China with VERY LONG delivery commitment. VERY BAD customer service, in fact, completely ignoring you. Their Happy Customer page is probably fake. I think they rely on people thinking they are ordering from pawstrading.co.uk as the mistake can easily be done. This is the genuine UK company. I wished I did my homework. Still waiting for my order after many weeks.. Oh well..

Back in may 2021 I ordered two beds for my dogs and as yet not received anything from this scamming company , I've left messages on their robotic answer
machine to no avail.
I'm at the point of giving up, but hate the thought of them getting away with this deplorable service.

Why the Fook is my dog's cooling mat travelling all over the over the world!!!!!! It were in England at one point!!!!! Now in Washington . WtH !!!!!!!!!!! Also why you ignoring my emails!!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Ordered a bed in March still have not received it. Emailed twice with NO response. Had an email asking to rate them. AWFUL. I’ve been swindled. Seen another similar group set up. Can’t help wondering if it’s a new name for awful company.

I paid for 2 seat belt harnesses and received nothing. Sent emails and got no response. Looking through these reviews most people have had the same experience. Surely the way these people run their business must be illegal. Does anybody else feel the same way?

This company’s customer service is non existent! I did eventually receive my dog bed which is poor quality although the dog does love it. I ordered in March with 6 to 10 day delivery estimate. It arrived 2nd week in June. No response to my emails requesting update, the tracking system is a shambles. Despite an automated email to say someone would get back to me, they didn’t. Covid is a cop out excuse. They’ve had the cheek to send an email now asking me to write a review and encouraging me to order more! I’ve written a review though I doubt they’ll put it up!! Shameful.

Ordered two dog beds in March 2020. June 2020 still no sign of them despite numerous emails requesting update. They did not reply. No telephone number to call. Finally went through my bank to get a refund. Do not use this company.

I forwarded the company this email on 13th June and they said I would get a response within 3 business days. Still waiting and they said also if I enquire about it I'll be put to the bottom of the queue which is a very odd statement for good customer service. Not holding much hope for a response and less for a replacement.
'With regards to the dog seat belt that I ordered in 28th April and received on 21st May order number 10229. I'm disappointed that the standard of the belt wasn't good. The dog is in the car once a week and today it snapped in two. This is less than a month of receipt with usage of once a week for a 10 minute journey.'

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a pet blanket in February this year and it still hasn't been delivered. Sent numerous emails which have all been ignored and still waiting on a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. This company is one of the worst companies in terms of customer services. The item was supposed to be shipped within 10-12 days. I was scheduled to travel out on the 13th day afternoon. Before the item arrived I emailed them saying that if the item didn't arrive within the stipulated time, I needed them to take back the order. NO ONE REPLIED. i forwarded the message asking them to reply on an urgent basis. NO ONE REPLIED. They still sent me the item, which arrived once I had left the country permanently. I emailed them again asking them to provide me details to send back and get a full refund. NO ONE REPLIED.
This is a joke and companies like this should cease to function.

Placed an order in March still not arrived for a dog bed.Phone number for company discontinued.Have sent several messages .They even sent me a review to fill in for a dog bed never received.Do not order from this company.Disgusting.

Placed an order on 20th May for a dog bed, then got worried and checked trustpilot, spent 3 weeks thinking it was a scam then the dog bed turned up via tracked royal mail. It had been delivered direct from China but tracking was available from dispatch to arrival in the uk.
Lovely dog bed just as advertised!

Placed an order in March and still hasn't arrived. Zero response to emails, zero response asking for a refund. Avoid at all cost and if you find a way to press charges let me know.

My partner ordered a dog bed over two months ago. Still waiting. Don't touch this company. It is a scam and reported now to Trading Standards.

Please please do not order from here, unless you want damaged products or if you decide you have to much money and want to just get rid of it.
