Excellent service for a purchase of a dog cooling mat.

Recently purchased a LED collar and lead.
They both was amazing quality and exactly how the item is described.
Thank you very much for great service and I’m very exited to buy more things from here for my perfect pooch🙂

Ordered on 07 May 2021, emailed on 02 June 2021 requesting a refund as the goods haven't arrived. No response from the company, no goods, no refund. My bank is now investigating this as a fraud case.

I wish I'd seen Trustpilot before I parted with my money! I placed my order in May and despite 3 emails to customer services, I have not had a reply or the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Update, 28th June 2021, still no response from company and no refund.

I didn't do my homework well enough, I though I was buying from a family firm in the UK as they claim. The dog bed came in from China. It is quite frankly shoddy, over priced and inferior quality. I will never buy from Pawtastic again, what a rip off.

Scam. Product never arrived ordered earlier in the year and requested a refund countless times and received no response. Don't use them.

AVOID!! I bought two dog beds in March and they have still not arrived in mid June. They won’t reply to emails, and my ‘tracking’ says the items are en route. I’m trying to get a refund via my bank/credit card. Is it not possible to take this site down! Shocking.

Ordered a dog bed in march, decided to wait to see if the item would come but still has not came after 4 months. I have asked for a refund for non delivery but I'm not hopeful of receiving this either

Yet another China based company pretending to be UK based.
Poor quality products and very long delivery due to the fact it comes from China.
I personally will not buy from them again and my advice is you shouldn’t either.
Avoid or expect disappointment.

I ordered and paid for a dog bed in March and have yet to receive it. I've sent several emails, all of them unanswered and have had no contact regarding the bed. Zero customer service. Now trying to get my money refunded.

Very pleased with my dogs bed will definitely use Pawstastic again.

This is without a shred of doubt the worst company I have ever had dealings with. The product has not arrived the shipping /tracking app doesnt work and I seriously doubt that there is any product a real nono please avoid doing business with them as they appear to be complete charlatans. Then to top it off they asked for a review!! hahaha well i hope they enjoy this one! If i could give less than one it would -10 oh and dont wait for emails to be answered or any communication to take place as it never will!!! rip off

The item is of good quality and really pleased with it, however delivery took far too long.

Not a great experience to be honest, ordered something on the 1st May and it's now the 8th of June. Still nothing. I contacted them via Facebook and their online customer care, got no response what so ever. Will never be ordering from here again. Don't understand how a company can be so useless. Glad we did it on the credit card as we can get a refund through them!

Ordered a dog bed May 2021, not delivered over a month later, no response to emails, no phone contact. This is a scam company or just 9iss poor one manc band.

Shocking, do not use!
Order placed on 29 April never arrived, 3 follow-up contacts made over 10 day period, and have not even had the common courtesy of a response! Rogues imho, avoid like the plague!!
Update - have since sent a letter to the address provided requesting a refund and am still waiting for a reply, disgraceful.

Ordered 5 beds 3 months ago and not received anything, no beds, no emails absolute shambles and a scam please people stay well clear. Funny thing is that even though I received no email correspondence at all I did get an email requesting I leave a review if I was happy with my purchases. Clearly robbing folk blind.
