I'm on my third car seat cover in many years, good product. I received an defective one it was replaced promptly without fuss. I will definitely use them again

I had an issue with the products I ordered and called Customer Support at Paw.com. They were very prompt and helped me right away with choices about what I wanted to do about the product issues. I chose to return my product and they provided prompt email of a return label with instructions. They have emailed me all the way through this process and I found them to be very helpful. Thank you!

READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

I bought the furry throw blanket for my two dogs. Last night as I was reaching over to pat them, I wasn't sure which dog I was stroking, and I realized it was just the blanket. It was that soft.

I purchased my 5th item from Paw’s. (2 dog beds, 3 different blankets) love how they hold up and I wash them on a regular basis, we live in the mountains.

I had a bad experience with Ontrac delivery on my recent order, Ontrac customer service blew it off and I felt they didn’t take accountability( not the first time with Ontrac not receiving orders)I didn’t receive my order but paw’s stepped up and replaced my order, I give them a 5 star rating and I will continue to purchase merchandise from them.

I am THRILLED with Paw.com. My orthopedic dog bed is amazing, but to wash it, you have to take it apart and unstuff the side rails. The material that holds the stuffing was taking a beating after washing it a few times so I was looking to buy a replacement stuffing, but the company sent me a whole new bed to make up for the defect despite my owning the bed for about 2 years. Amazing experience and highly rated!

If there were zero stars, this is where I would review this company. My order arrived defective and the customer service was abysmal. I finally had to go through Better Business Bureau to get a refund.

I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but this is a great company with a great product! I have 3 of their blankets now and I love them and so do my dogs. Their customer service is top notch as well. I have purchased other, supposedly water proof blankets and they are far inferior to this company’s products. I would definitely recommend them & I am sure I will make future purchases with them. Don’t waste your time or money on others.

Van was great in solving my dilemma. As usual Paw stands by their products.

I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws...
I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort.

I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful.

I ordered four large white fur beds. They are easily washable and my two large dogs love them!
One bed, however, had a faulty zipper but no problem -- the company replaced the cover. I am very impressed with the integrity of this company and the fine products they sell.

First of all, these blankets are the absolute best for protecting our furniture without being an eyesore! They add texture and quality to our living room and we couldn’t be happier. For this support ticket, one of the blankets wasn’t as soft as the other blanket. I reached out to support and the team responded and resolved the concern quickly. We are more than satisfied with the outcome and look forward to shopping with you all soon!

Replaced an item immediately when it came with an issue! Easy to solve and puppies love the bed

Great customer service, I emailed about my item and they got back to me quickly and I had no trouble at all! Very happy with the service.

UPDATE: I sent a Facebook IM threatening to report them and get their ads taken down. In less than 24 hours I had a response and a refund. Apparently the item I ordered is out of stock and I 'the system' hadn't processed my refund.

It has been 15 days since I placed my order and I haven't received it. The website says products will be shipped within 48 hours. Perhaps it's on a slow boat from China?? I've emailed several times with no response. I've tried to call numerous times during business hours but there is a message that there are no customer service associates available and it beeps like to leave a voice message.

Order never arrived. Customer service doesn't respond. I am out $200+ for a dog bed that I will likely never see.

I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction.

I won’t buy from them again.
