I have ordered from this company several times and just ordered a friend one of the waterproof bed blankets. I have two homes and have them at both locations. Easy to wash if necessary and my dogs just like laying on the furry comfort of these items. I HIGHLY recommend Paw.com. If there is ever an issue with ordering, someone gets with you asap to remedy the situation.

I get compliments on these alllll the time. I just ordered a 4th! They are soft and beautiful. I have nice furniture that I wanted to keep clean from cat hair and wet dog footprints but I honestly prefer them to my furniture that I love!! They are machine washable and dry nicely in dryer. They’re a win purchase!

I received my pet blanket however it doesn’t cover from edge to edge of my King size bed. I’m disappointed it’s not really 80” wide. Color is great and pets like it.

Super soft, beautiful color, stays in place on our sofa. So happy that it is washable!! Highly recommend this lovely lifesaver of sofas!!! We are happy and pups are too!

I purchased a $268 bed for my dog in 2022, I purchased this bed because it came with an additional topper. My dog started to rip into it, So I went onto paw.com To look for an additional topper it has now been out of stock for over 6 1/2 months but yet they’re selling the full complete bed. I have been trying and trying to get a replacement for this bed and now my dog is officially ripping into THE BED and customer service has been NO HELP. Customer service (NAMED: Zen) then tells me that the bed I paid almost $270 for is not covered under warranty. He offered me 25% off which I’ve received when I called the other multiple times and sent me on my way (literally left the chat and told me to call customer service). He did not care that the bed I spent money on is damaged. Thanks PAW.COM great experience thanks for completely un-rectifying the situation.

I purchased 2 large beds. One came with the inner pad and looks great, but the other bed did not ship with the pad as ordered. I informed customer service, and they simply sent a picture of my front door with the packages they dropped off. This does not fix the issue. I am not disputing that "something" was delivered. It just wasn't the complete order. Poor customer service to say the least. What good is an orthopedic dog bed without the orthopedic insert? Trust the customer and send the missing item I paid for please.

For people who love their pets, Paw.com has the best quality and luxury while still making practical and functional products. I love their dog beds and their blankets (waterproof)! They also have a great "points" program. I placed my order over the weekend. I needed help from customer service and they've been incredibly responsive and took care of my concerns.

I purchased the dog throw from GMA Deals and Steals. It came quickly but wasn’t what I expected. Way too big for my small dogs and the material isn’t soft and plush, just tacky looking with a strange feel. The dogs didn’t like it. I decided to return and reluctantly agreed to the $19 shipping fee but when filling out the return form learned I would also be charged a 20% restocking fee for opening the package. How would I know if I liked it if I couldn’t open the package? I will end up paying over $40 to return which is unacceptable. I would like to see the restocking fee eliminated. Will not be doing business with this company again.

We really love these dog beds for our big furbabies. They love the feel of the fur like quality, and for us humans, we love how they fit seamless into our home decor. Recently we decided to buy the little nugget her own Paw bed and the original order got lost in the mail.
Paw was on top of it and sent us a replacement quick. Their customer service is top notch on the shipping side and company side. We will definitely continue to use Paw.

TERRIBLE. Awful customer Service. I left a bad review and they responded saying please email us so we can fix this. And it was just an auto generated response that had nothing to do with my complaint. A terrible company with people that don’t give a crap even when they send you wrong items.

I contacted PAW support concerning a previous purchase. Support group were very helpful, and guided me until the issue was resolved! Great costumer service!

I have always loved this company's product, but my recent experience with their customer experience/response made me love them even more. I will one hundred percent continue to recommend their items and be a return customer. Thank you for being a company that is easy to want to buy from. Their throw blankets are on all our furniture to avoid unwanted stains from our two year old who seems to have a habit of touching everything after she east berries.

Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!

I love ordering from PAW. We have 3 beds, 4 covers and I recently purchased 2 king size covers for my large reclining love seating. We have 2 english bulldogs. They LOVE their PAW beds. I will upload a photo of my recent purchase if I can figure out how.
