Every day I get about a dozen emails…

Every day I get about a dozen emails from this company. I report them as junk and they just send another one with a different email address. I have blocked about 100 so far. They are horrible! I can't get rid of them. Don't engage, they will harass you non-stop.

Best beds ever!

I see a lot of negative reviews for Paw, but I’ve always had a good experience ordering from this company. My dogs love the beds and they hold up through multiple washings. I’ve never needed customer service, and the shipping has been super fast.

This company is one of the rare ones…

This company is one of the rare ones that keep their word and stand behind their well-made products. I’ve had one bed from Paw.com that has lasted 4 YEARS through countless machine washes, being peed on by a growing puppy, chewed and licked and thrown around, and still looks brand new. I recently ordered their new cooling bed as we have a rescue Husky joining our family soon, and the first shipment arrived without the cooling cover included, whoops! When I reached out, they were extremely responsive and sent an entire new bed to me, apologetic and ensuring I received everything. On top of this, the new cooling bed is SO wonderful and exactly what I was hoping for, as my dog Suki (Chow and Great Pyrenees mix) runs super hot and usually doesn’t stay on her bed for several hours before she’s panting and moving to a new spot. She LOVES this bed, and it’s also always literally cold to the touch, which is really cool! :D I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to rant and rave about this brand, they’re worth every penny :)

This company is a scam I asked for a…

This company is a scam I asked for a full refund and was told I had to send the empty packet for a refund. When I explained it had gone in the bin and my bins had been emptied i was basically told that’s tough no refund then.

Best Accountability Of Any Retailer

I’ve had two purchases with Paw.com Canada. I bought a cat bed about 3 years ago and it’s been a favourite in the household ever since. Even 3 years later all the animals love it. My moms kittens are obcessed with it so I decided to go all out and get 2 beds for the little cats that were much bigger and more expensive.

What was my issue? On order #2 I had an issue getting gift cards processed, which was disappointing in the moment. I stayed resilient and continued to seek an answer and resolution and this company was entirely accountable to the absolute highest degree possible.

Resolutions Process: Not only did they listen to my complaint and not lie or make excuses, but they escalated it to a manager who rectified it ultimately (and ensured the process was totally worth my time and troubles) and after receiving the products and having them a couple months, I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations completely.

Quality of products: The quality of all 3 beds that were purchased is the highest possible. I myself have fallen asleep on the two bigger beds because they are so comfortable. The company even has a whole gallery of literature about washing the beds and taking the best care of Faux Fur products it’s actually really awesome knowledge to have. The quality of the products, the literature, the community, and the resolutions/customer service is absolutely amazing. Good luck finding genuine accountability like this anywhere else.

In closing, I am extremely specific and when I have a vision I am driven to ensure it follows through as planned. This company never tried to make excuses and they didn’t waste my time once they realized a mistake was made & I was upset. Please keep in mind there are likely busy times for their customer service so please try to remember why you came to the website which was because you love your animals. This company loves animals too! We are all genuinely good people trying to give our animals the best possible life we can.

Stay positive, and try to resolve your issue with the mindset that it’s not personal there are just sometimes issues that happen along the way. I give them 5 stars for the highest experience quality, excellent accountability, amazing resolutions process, and making me as a consumer feel completely heard and appreciated. As a consumer you can guarantee I will support them again in the future for the effort they put into my resolution.

I wish you all the best with your future orders and please show this company your genuine best attitude as I can guarantee they will be giving you theirs. Stay factual and logical about their abilities to satisfy your issues and I can guarantee they will give you a “more than fair” resolution to whatever issue you might have experienced.

We have ordered several blankets from PAW.Com.They are wonderful blankets. We have one on our couch, in our car and on our beds. They wash up nice and last through washing well. Recently needed customer service and they were awesome. I highly recommend PAW.COM

Nice products/major hassle to return

They have very nice products , but you need to be 100% sure , that your order doesn't need to be returned , as that is a huge hassle and even after going through all of it , I was still not able to return the product...
Update: They just emailed me, that I could donate the bed to a shelter and that they would reimburse me my money ...so it seems , I do get it sorted out finally...Unfortunately you can only communicate over email with them, as they've gotten rid of the phone support , witch would be so much more convenient , but the person whom helped me out via email was very nice and helpful....

GREAT RUNNERS FOR GREAT DANES

My 2 Great Danes are so comfortable on the 2 faux fur runners I purchased for my couch! I have a large sectional and my Great Danes own it!

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. They have a fake business address, no phone number and when I went to pick up click and collect, there was literally no building. Thankfully I had bought through after pay and my payment hadn’t come out yet otherwise I would never have been able to recover it. They sell $400 dog beds, but you don’t actually receive anything. You’ve been warned.

I purchased 2 blankets in December 2024…

I purchased 2 blankets in December 2024 for my Indiana “Indy” Jones mix Lab/Husky. He loves it and knows it’s his blanket.
They both wash well and have kept my sofa Dog scent Free. Quality is excellent. The price was high. Try to catch the Sales.

Grey throw leaks fuzz

Ordering and shipment were great! Got it quickly with no flaws.
I took out some of the cushions in the small travel bed and my dog was more comfortable. She is a weird size not small not medium and is awkward in the car but we made it work! The car seat is amazing! She leaks urine so it's easy to clean up!
I ordered the grey and the tan throw. The grey throw leaks fuzz so much every time I wash it! My washer is filled with grey fuzzy bits for days! I love the brown throw it's amazing, soft, and she seems to like it better as well. Makes me wonder what is different about the grey material vs the brown one.

I had a defective mattress ( just folded instead of rolled). Which had a ridge on it.
I sent a message to Paw and they were quick to deliver a brand new bed!
That was awesome great team and service.

After Multiple Outreach No Response

I ordered a product from this site, but their system is connected to Shop. After updating my proper address once I put my email address in, it changed my shipping address. I called right away. No response. No call back. I emailed and no response. I waited over the weekend as well. I called and tried to use their chat system. NO RESPONSE. Over the weekend apparently, the item was "delivered." What kind of business these days doesn't have customer support? Horrible experience.

ZERO customer service-FRAUD

This company is without customer service or interest in customer questions regarding the order. After a dozen outreach attempts there was ZERO outreach. We will be filing a complaint as a company should be upfront about no assistance with orders. All messages must be dumped after each day.

Great product

Love the products offered. Have several of the blankets that I use to protect my large leather sectional from our 2 Dobermans and my daughter’s bull mix. The dog bed is also very nice. They are very well made and aesthetic. The customer service is also very good, if ever needed!

STILL have no resolution for my Paw.com order …

I am STILL awaiting some help with my order. Spoke to
a rep ( surprised as every other time, I was on hold, then it would disconnect), and she said I’d hear back in 24 hours. 72 hours later, I hear “this is a new system for us” ( assuming they mean shipping???) … and “we appreciate your patience”. My patience is thin. I paid on March 3rd, and still zero resolution - and no blanket. Very frustrating experience! And … I have 2 other blankets purchased from Paw.com - no issues! What is going on with this order? A response - appreciated. I would say to others - proceed with caution, as the customer service has been really poor. And I am out $200 !!! Please - get this solved!
