I ordered a product on December 15th, received a wrong product on the 18th and called. I called back again on December 22nd. I received the same message after holding forever "there is no representative available to speak to you try your call later". I've received the same message every time I've called since after holding. I also sent a written email on 12/22/22 at 3:37 p.m. which also has not received a response. I sent a follow up email on 12/31/22 which also did not receive a response. Today is January 10th. I was forced to report this as fraud to my credit card because they gave me no other option. Save your money folks... this company is not reputable!

Similar to others here, I ordered a bundle (bed, blanket, pillow) and never received it. I’ve contacted support four times without a response. Save your money and don’t order.

I ordered two blankets from them, one of the blankets that showed up was not what I ordered. I have called multiple times, sent numerous emails, DM’d on IG, commented on posts on IG and have never got any response. I’ll be working with my credit card company to dispute the charges since they choose to be unresponsive. The customer service is beyond terrible!

I ordered a blanket and bed set for Christmas. I received an email stating the blanket was out of stock and they gave me a code for a replacement. The code would not work!! I emailed and called multiple times and left messages. Still no resolution. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Hope they can help.... very unhappy!!!

It's been 4 months now that I have been trying to get a refund in the amount of $375 for my order. My bank will end up sorting it out now. But please, don't buy from this company.

I bought three memory foam bolster pillows for our dog and for others as a gift and they arrived defective. The memory foam never expanded, and it is tough and uncomfortable. I've tried to get ahold of customer support several times over the past few weeks and they are unresponsive. I would like a refund but at this point I'm not optimistic that they will actually respond and resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed. Apparently there are many customers dealing with similar issues and no response from the company as well.

pure scam. they will charge your card and never send you the order. no customer service. working on having their shopify account terminated for violating their policy.

I ordered a waterproof throw blanket for my dog and was very happy with the product received. I placed a second order for a memory foam dog bed, a memory foam pillow, and a dog bed cover. The dog bed cover is fine. However, the memory foam bed is not inflating. The interior pillow memory foam insert is stained and you can feel that the memory foam is torn up inside and is not inflating. I sent a detailed email to support @ paw.com with photos of the defective products and have left 3 voice mails at 1 800-607-1865. The phone number has a recording that all no support agents are available and to leave your name and number, which I have done 3 times. I have not been contacted by the company via email or phone. When I tried to start a return, I am unable to do so as all items are marked final sale. On the website the verbiage reads " We are unable to process any returns after 30 days, but all Paw.com beds have a no-flat foam guarantee, so if your foam flattens at any time, or if you have any questions about a return, please contact us at support @ paw.com" To me, the resolution would be simple. Either replace the defective products, or refund my money. Since the company has been unresponsive to my contact attempts, I contested the charges to my credit card.

I ordered a bundle (dog bed and blanket), only received the dog bed. Multiple phone calls and emails to the business with absolutely no response or acknowledgment. And, like others, I continue to get promotion emails from them.

Ordered holiday bundle and paid. They said they ran out . But sent me one not orthopedic dog bed and no matching blanket. But happily took my money. Please beware

No communication back , but they will send you 30+ sales emails trying to get your money. Where is my order? This company does not care about their customers. I ordered 11/25 asking for shipping information and have received nothing. One of the emails even blocked me. Poor customer service. Save your money! My dogs are looking out the windows waiting for their blanket and bed.

Sent the wrong size and did not send the blanket which was part of the bundle package that I purchased. I left a phone message and called and got no response. Beware of this company. They do not provide the items that you pay for or they advertise, and customer service is horrible.

I should have looked at these reviews first, I am currently experiencing the exact same thing noted. Only partial order shipped a week later, days and days of zero response to my calls and emails regarding order.

Worst company. I don’t believe it is a legitimate company. I ordered dog beds in July 2022 and have yet to receive the beds or a refund. I’ve sent numerous emails and called what a rip off. Do not use this company. I disputed my credit card in order to hopefully get my refund.

Shipped only partial orders; one order, over $300, never shipped, NO ONE EVERY ANSWERS CALLS OR EMAILS YOU BACK. If I do not receive the items in the next week, I will contact my bank and have them handle it

Ordered a dog bed and supplements absolutely not as advertised! Tried to return and until this day no response. Devastating experience while attempting to give my dog the best. Horribly sick after the fact of these reviews that were not present at the time of my purchase. Only good reviews…I believed myself to be the only one. Traumatized! It was not cheap. I was sent what they wanted us to have. I’ve never written a review of this caliber. You’ve been warned!

I am shocked to read reviews from October of 2022 about this company as their first scam with me happened when I purchased a dog bed in July that never arrived and I got the same emails and excuses that other people mentioned and then they disappeared. I can't believe they are up and running again, scamming more people into buying non-existent products. Then two days ago, November 21, five months after they first scammed me, they took the full payment from my account again. The name 'Neatsy Shop' showed on my statement but I got an email from 'Paw and Pet' thanking me for the payment. I reported it to my bank and their fraud team are trying to recover the payment but it is not looking good. I cancelled my card which is what anyone who has given card details to this company HAS to do if you don't want to be hit a second or third time by them. Their products do not exist and are just a front for them to collect financial information from people in order to defraud them of their money. CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY if you have not already done so. They will get you again - it is only a matter of when.

I ordered a Tempur-Pedic dog bed, which arrived fast, however, the bed never inflated. I called and emailed for 8 days straight, left messages and never got a single response. I requested a replacement item or full refund and only got crickets. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. They suck and are 100% unresponsive.
