I have already submitted my bank statement and all required details, but they keep saying "third-party delay" with no timeline. I had a balance of 2500 MAD on my account, and suddenly it was reduced to 0MAD without any clear explanation or justification.

It has now been more than one month, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, I still have no proper clarification or resolution. The responses I receive are repetitive and do not address the issue.

This situation is extremely frustrating because it feels like my money was taken without transparency. A betting platform should be able to clearly explain any balance adjustment, but that has not happened in my case.

Customer support has been very unhelpful, and the lack of communication makes the situation even worse.

there are different ways to deposit and withdraw money. this gives flexibility. i get to choose what works best for me. all methods seem to function smoothly.

I placed a bet on “Total Ducks Under 0.5” for the India vs England match on March 5 with 1000 INR at odds 3.00.

According to Parimatch rules, a duck is counted only when a batsman is dismissed for 0 runs. In this match, V Chakravarthy scored 0 but he was NOT OUT, so it should not be counted as a duck.

However, Parimatch settled my bet as lost saying there was a duck. This is incorrect according to their own rules.

I already contacted customer support but the issue is not resolved. I request Parimatch to review this bet again and credit my correct winnings.
