Deposit Fraud – Stay Away from This Platform
I’m writing this to warn others about my extremely frustrating experience with Parimatch.
On 17/04/2026, I made a deposit of ₹48,000 via UPI, which was successfully debited from my bank account and credited to their beneficiary account (I have full bank statement proof and UTR details). However, the amount was never credited to my betting account.

What’s worse is their support:
They kept asking me to “wait 3 days” for a refund that never came
After that, they asked for my bank statement (which I provided multiple times)
Even after clear proof that the money reached their side, they refused to verify with their own recipient/third party
No proper resolution, just repeated delays and generic replies
This is extremely concerning. Any genuine platform would simply check with the receiving account using the UTR and resolve the issue. Instead, they are dragging the matter unnecessarily.
My Advice to Others:
Avoid depositing large amounts on this platform
Be cautious with UPI transactions here
If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely or fair support
I am now forced to consider escalating this legally due to lack of action from their side.
Final Verdict: Not trustworthy. Use at your own risk.

My money was deposited by bank but in parimatch app showing declined. But my money was not refunded to my account already 23 days over.

28000 rupees missing for over 2 months and they fraudulently marked the tickets as resolved one of it they stated after a month of keeping my ticket idel that the amount was credited and when provided with evidence the customer support rep just disconnected the chat. Stealing money and fraudulently updating the tickets as credited.

Withdraw very slow I suggest as soon as possible Withdraw fast
And ur platform are good but some reason deposit pending at 4 to 5 month I have to proof all ur delays and my friend I'd without any reason block
