I made a transaction 2 years before. The transaction was successfully done from my side but did not get through in Parimatch website. I have contacted my bank to check about the transaction. They said that the transaction was done successfully in the provider's account.Then, I contacted Parimatch, they ensured me that they are working on it i should submit my bank statement and all to check the transaction. After submission, I kept on contacting them to check about my transaction, they always replied that "our financial team or something like that is working on it". This matter took me 1 year to get solve for a small amount. This is not the only case, I did another transaction, now that i am writing here, after submission of my documents, it has taken 4 months not yet solved. What I would like to understand are:
1- Parimatch is not efficient like we see on TV, advertisement ?
2- They don't have any refund system in this case of provider not send the money.

Anyway, I am not happy of their services.

Earlier it wasn’t like this, but for the last two-three months these people have started keeping tickets unsolved. They say it will take one month to process, then the second month comes and passes, then it will be submitted somewhere. Who knows if it will get solved in two, three, or four months. If the money doesn’t come, then when you tell customer care, customer care says the money never came to us at all, go check with your bank. They are doing this with every single ticket now. They have put us in a lot of trouble. I have some tickets that are marked as solved but the money still hasn’t been added to my account. I have the list of those.
