Since December, my 6 deposits have remained pending with no resolution. Despite multiple tickets and UTR proofs, statements and regular follow-up the payments were never credited.

I have lost hope of getting the money back.They eaten my money.I am sharing this to just tell you that your money never going to receive so don’t waste your time too. No customer support representative is providing assistance. No one is responding.

I had a very bad experience with Parimatch. I deposited ₹2,500 and later another ₹5,000 on their platform. They told me the money would be refunded soon, but I have still not received anything.

Their support team keeps saying the refund is in process, but they never actually resolve the issue. They also do not respond properly to queries.

Please stay away from this site. It feels like a fraud platform and people can easily lose their money.

I would strongly warn others not to trust such platforms. First, gambling itself is risky, and second, sites like this make the situation worse by not returning users’ money.

Parimatch Not Processing My Account Deletion Request

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my account with Parimatch.

I requested permanent deletion of my account via email some months ago, but the account is still active and I have not received proper confirmation from their support team. I followed the correct process and contacted their support, but the request has not been processed.

I have been an active player and even reached Level 14 on the platform. Because of my dissatisfaction with the platform and support experience, I decided to permanently close my account.

However, Parimatch has not completed my account deletion request and I have not received any proper assistance regarding this matter.

I have deposited in lakhs everymonth, either give me 10k bonus or delete my account.

I kindly request Parimatch to process my permanent account deletion and confirm that my account has been closed.

Review:

I requested a withdrawal of about $130 (User ID: 127887615).

The platform required full KYC verification before processing the withdrawal.

I submitted all requested documents and waited several days.

My KYC was finally approved.

After verification a new issue appeared:

Crypto (USDC ERC20): withdrawal button missing

INR withdrawal: message says account blocked

Because of this I cannot even submit a withdrawal request.
