I made a deposit of ₹10,000 on 26/12/2025; however, the amount was not reflected in my account. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue, and after 90 days, the ticket was marked as resolved, but the amount is still not credited. My previous ticket number is #63045244. I have attached the PhonePe transaction screenshot along with my bank statement from the transaction date for your reference. I kindly request you to review this matter again and process a refund of my amount at the earliest.

i made deposit 90 days ago but no response from parimatch. They are scammers. Dont waste your time and money here. There are several betting app whose support service and resolution is supper fast. total 15K inr is still not yet credited. I lost my money and hope both. Parimatch is scam and fraud. Support service is ridiculous and rude.

Sir, I want to tell you that Parimatch India has been holding two of my payment accounts for some time now. I have submitted all the documents, but nothing has happened regarding the resolution process: 66527936, amount 1096, date 11/01/2026

I had made payment if Rs 29999.10 by paytm using axis bank credit card on 19-09-2025 as payment is made in paytm in paytm statement both upi id (beneficiary) and transaction reference number will reflect in paytm and only upi id of beneficiary will reflect in credit card statement.

I have submitted both paytm and axis Bank statement of 2months paytm transaction screenshot also has been shared.

Am enquiring from past six months through chat and mail till now my amount is not credited

As only upi id of beneficiary will reflect in credit card statement they asked for bank confirmation mail regarding transaction confirmation I had raised request in bank ombudsman and received mail from bank that transaction is successful.Now they are telling transaction is six months back so we can't credit the amount.

Am fed up from past sixmonths.kindly resolve the issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with Parimatch.

I deposited ₹10,000 on 27th February 2026 and another ₹10,000 on 8th March 2026. It has now been more than 24 days, and the amount has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded back to my bank account.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of proper customer support. I have reached out multiple times, but I have not received any clear response, update, or resolution timeline. It feels like my concerns are simply being ignored.

This kind of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves customers’ money. I expected a much more professional and responsive service.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before using Parimatch, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I hope this issue gets resolved soon, but as of now, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online platform.

It's a fraud company and do not play with this company. I made 25k deposit on 3rd Jan 2026 and till today they are just sitting and enjoy and everytime I chat I get same reply...
Register your complaint to Indian Cyber security cell as well as Cyprus security cell.
Also post your reviews to Parimatch official partners and promoters...
Parimatch is looting money and involve in Hawaala transactions,, everytime you deposit money,,,new names will appear and if we ask from them to provide bank statement of that receiver then Parimatch will tell story that they can't share the statement as per client funds credibility..
It's almost 3 months going to over and they are just relaxing and enjoying...
As Indians we need to save our country as well as our Brother and sisters...

Three deposits on different days..never received deposit. Even after 100 emails they repeat the same thing that they do not have any update from provider. So I am taking action legally. Going to cyber crime and suing this company.
