This should considered to be refunded as the bet was not met.

The total amount was deducted and no refund was made.

Another similar bet on Feb 28 2026, for 8500 INR and same thing happend.

am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹25,000, which I requested on 06/12/2025 via IMPS.
It has now been more than 2 months (60+ days), but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite continuous follow-ups through email, live chat, and social media support, I have only received repetitive and generic responses such as “internal verification,” “under review,” and “please wait.”
My complaint ticket number is #58488392 and my Parimatch User ID is 661102452, yet no concrete resolution, UTR number, or proper timeline has been provided so far.
Parimatch support has repeatedly assured me that my funds are “safe,” but they have neither:
Credited ₹25,000 to my bank account
Nor reversed the amount back to my Parimatch wallet balance
A delay of over 60+ days for an IMPS withdrawal is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Normally, IMPS transactions are completed within a few hours or at most 24 hours, but in my case, the withdrawal has been stuck for over two months without any clear explanation.
This situation has caused severe mental stress, financial inconvenience, and loss of trust due to continuous delays, lack of transparency, and absence of a proper resolution.

At present parimatch is worst platform. No proper customer support, for anything raise ticket through bot and don't expect anytime frame for response and resolution. I was using it since last 2 years but now I prefer not to go through it.
