I thought my awful experience with this company was a one off until I read the reviews and realised this is normal service for this group of chancers.
I booked an end of tenancy clean for a Friday 3 days before I was due to move.
They gave me a slot of 12pm - 3pm and advised that the cleaner would message me at the latest 30 mins before arrival.
2:30pm - No message.
So I call them and am advised the cleaner is running late and that he has 1 more job before he can attend. I was given a new time of 5pm. I thought there is no way he is going to show up at 5 on a Friday so I asked the lady on the phone to call him and confirm 100% that he will still attend. I am told she would call back within next 45 mins.
45 mins later no call , so I call them again and get through to the same lady who says “I was just about to call you. I spoke to the cleaner and he won’t be making it to yours” “ Would you like to rebook in 2 weeks?”. Obviously no note on their system about it being a tenancy end clean.
I declined the rebooking and asked how I would get a refund. I was told I would get £65 back on the card I paid with once I received an email from their accounts department.
There was no sympathy or remorse from them that they had not fulfilled their booking and that I was now stuck with an oven that had to be cleaned in next 24/48 hours.
I received the refund email instruction which contradicted what I was told. I had to provide bank details and that I would receive the money in the next 28 days.
21 days later no money , so I emailed them saying unless I received payment in next 7 days , I would take the matter up with the small claims court.
Next day I get a phone call from them asking if I want to rebook!!!!!!wtf!!!
After spending 10 minutes on the phone reminding them what had happened 3 weeks ago and re-iterating the threat of a court claim , I was told the matter would be prioritised by accounts
3 days later I finally received a refund
I don’t know why companies like these jokers are not shut down. They are a complete disgrace and are now advertising on YouTube
I did get my oven cleaned before I moved and it was a great job because I spent 6 hours doing it myself. Will do this in future and avoid all these online con artists in future.

Absolutely useless. This is now the 4th time that this appointment has been cancelled and requested to be rescheduled after it was cancelled last time. We specifically waited in for the 1-4 allocation we were promised only to be called at 1423hrs on the day saying they now couldn’t attend!
Over promises and beyond under delivered!

Didn't turn up. Made excuse person was ill. Kept me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes before cutting the call.

I had my hob and oven cleaned. I was left with ‘rust’ marks on the oven and oven door. The rubber seal was not correctly put back. I brought this to the company’s attention but they were unwilling to do anything about it.
Shoddy work.

One star is generous. If I had a worst enemy I wouldn't reccomend them this service. Paid upfront for an afternoon clean on a specific date and time, at 8pm the night before I got a text saying the cleaner would arrive first thing in the morning. Had to reschedule then the cleaner broke my oven door during the clean. It has been over a month and they still haven't repaired it as promised. Whenever I call up I'm told to wait to hear back from them as they need to order a part. No timeframe given. Looking like I won't have an oven in time for Christmas despite booking an October clean. Ridiculous. Joke of a company.

Booked this shower to come clean my oven and extractor 28th November in the afternoon,of which they took half the payment instantly. The day before I got a phone call to say that the cleaner was coming in the morning and would I like to buy any extra services or products. Then the rest of the payment was taken. Cleaner turns up and did a half decent job and left. Will not use these people again.

My oven clean was initially booked for Thursday 27th Nov 2025.I received a vm stating this could not take place due to sickness.Arrangements were made for Saturday 29th Nov between 8am and 1pm.
The cleaner arrived around 11.30am.He was very pleasant,Phil,and very quick.
After about half an hour he had finished .As i was busy in another room i looked at it ,and it appeared clean on the outside
However,on closer inspection when i opened the door of the oven there was lots of food and grease around the hinges,obviously not cleaned thoroughly.
I am extremely dissapointed as it appears that being quick is not working,the attention to detail was non existent.
After reviewing all the reviews it appears this is normal practice for this company,stupidly i did not read them before booking..
You are asked to pay the full amount prior to confirming your satisfaction,which i did question.
I have asked for a refund in full or part and hope i receive a speedy response

Lee came on time and worked quickly and efficiently.
The double oven, hob and fan looked brand new when he'd finished.
I ordered 2 washable oven protectors which arrived very quickly and work well to keep the bottom of the oven clean.
The whole process of booking, paying and communication was excellent.
I will use this company again.

Booked a clean for between 8 and 12, they then say they cant do that time, cancelling on me the day before, after taking payment.

Very disappointing service from start to finish. 3 times my appointment was rescheduled .. they were running late even when I was the first appointment of the day on one occasion ! Then it took 3 phone calls and one email to get my full payment refunded ( I never did get an oven cleaned!) and over 28 days !! False promises, a manager never available to speak to- I am still waiting for the manager to ring me back. However I have had a number of calls asking if I want to reschedule my oven clean from sales people who tried very hard to get me to commit to monthly direct debit payments and the extra services they offer, eg cleaning microwaves. Would NOT recommend.

Very friendly . On time . The oven was like a new oven definitely be useing them again .

I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service I have received. I have just been informed that today’s appointment cannot go ahead because the cleaner is “running late.” Given that there are still four hours left in the working day, I fail to see the logic behind this decision.

To make matters worse, I am now told that the next available appointment is in two weeks’ time. This is entirely unacceptable. Their inability to deliver the agreed service, coupled with your failure to generate a support ticket, amounts to one excuse after another.

I therefore require a full refund immediately. If this is not processed without delay, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the Small Claims Court, including the recovery of all associated costs.

Appointment time was changed then after they did turn up they left me with a completely faulty oven where the glass had been pushed away from the seal and unfit for purpose. 3 weeks on and I am still awaiting a repair and refund!! Communication is diabolical, despite many an email, i have never had a response and I am having to chase daily! This was an end of tenancy clean so had to hand the property back in an unfit state with a non working oven (thankfully I have a very understanding landlord!) shocking company DO NOT USE. Refund request still ongoing and I will not give up

Pushy sales people and then they don’t turn at time you request. Requested morning and on the day said it be afternoon. Take money immediately even although appointment is a month away and then take weeks to return it. Would never use them again.

Still no response from this company ( I'll be polite for now ). Please, please, please, do not use them. You will be throwing money away. Yes, they are the cheapest! But you won't save money!!! Look at the reviews! I'm not alone. You will be out of pocket. You will be disappointed. You will be frustrated. You will want to complain but you will get nowhere. Just empty promises to start with...then ignored when you chase them up. This is a rip off company. They've been on Watchdog in January this year. They damage your ovens, they ruin your floors. They are very unprofessional. They also want a monthly subscription from you to keep your equipment clean all year round. Do you want that hassle and disappointment all year round!
Stay away, avoid!! Pay a bit extra and save money. Because employing this company will cost you more.

They cancelled me twice so I asked for a refund. Its now been over a month and still no refund. I've called and emailed multiple times to get my £40 back. I believe they are a scam. Do not use them!

First thought they were good. Everything is not clean. Rubbed numbers off knobs so cannot use the oven now as we cannot see if the oven or grill is on and cannot see the temperature it is on. Only saw once he left. Dirt behind the glass he said could not taken off. It only needed a screwdriver. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

My oven door was smashed by Oven Support during a clean on 25 June 2025. It’s now 77 days later (over 2 months and 2 weeks) and still not fixed despite constant chasing. Wrong parts sent twice, repeated missed call-backs, and zero accountability. I’ve had to spend money on takeaways because I can’t use my oven. I’ll now be sending a Letter Before Action to start court proceedings. Avoid this company.

Rubbish Experience
Man came and cleaned brand new oven that was sparkling! I pointed out it was other oven to be cleaned and what had he cleaned off the brand new one? So he cleaned’ correct one, terrible job left dirty and greasy. I complained heard nothing. Date Iv put is a guesstimated one.

Do NOT use Ovensupport.co.uk ! They caused over £1,000 damages to our hardwood kitchen floor with their cleaning fluid. Now they refuse to pay any compensation even though they admit responsibility.
This is not a safe company to do business with.
