Scam company that was featured on a TV Documentary still up to the same scams. They use an automated email system to delay then cancel most appointments. Wish I had realised who they were as they target social media. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked an appointment for December 11th they asked for £20 deposit or full payment
I reluctantly paid £20. They called at 2pm on the 10th to give an approxETA for the following day.
Recived another later that evening saying technician not available now for 11th. No further appointments available before Christmas, I asked for a refund of my £20 which they agreed
I have called 4 times asking for my refund every time advising they'd pass to their finance department.
Now when I call they don't answer, I've emailed x 2 no response
Don't book with these people, they are untrustworthy.

HOW TO THROW MONEY AWAY, USE OVEN SUPPORT
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We paid for a range cooker to be “CLEANED”.
The operative arrived put no protective cover on the floor.
Then he proceeded to “CLEAN” the cooker, we had to remind him to clean the tray draw and the knobs,which when he left we found he only cleaned the top of the knobs.
We also had to steam clean the floor after the operative left to remove the residue and deposits he left on the floor.
Five days later we went to use the cooker for the first time after “BEING CLEANED” and ruined a £60 shirt with the grease from under the oven door as it was covered with dirt and grease.
When we phoned to complain about the ruined shirt and dirt we were very strongly advised to read the terms and conditions as we only had 48 hours to raise a complaint, and they could not care less about our complaint.
£120 totally wasted and had to pay upfront , plus a new shirt £60 totally wasted.
So as the law says “BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!”

I can’t give it zero stars. So wish I had read these reviews first! Called and emailed beforehand, insisted on taking full payment over the phone even though I queried they’d done nothing! First time they cancelled at 2.58pm when they said they’d be there between 12-3, re arranged a week later, then cancelled, I called to complain and express my frustration that they had 100% payment the person on the phone said I never had to pay it all in advance! Which the previous person had said I did. Guy eventually came 3 weeks after the first appointment, turned up at 5.30pm, even though it was a 12-3 slot, used really toxic chemicals and wasn’t wearing a mask. I had to take my children out because it was so strong and caustic. Used wire wool and scratched my hob. Avoid avoid avoid!

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE take my advice and do not book them. Their website makes you think its easy, and in theory it was. The day before I got a call confirming the appointment, I realise now that was to sell me extra things. The appointment was scheduled between 12-3pm, got a call at 2.15pm and the cleaner is running too far behind to make the call. A bit of advice, STOP trying to add all manner of other cleans to a job and maybe the cleaners would be on time. Its my own fault for not getting a local reliable service to do it. The staff on the phone almost didnt seem surprised it was cancelled. Just shoddy, wish I had read all the other reviews on here before booking. Bet the company dont even look on here and make improvements. Hideous!!

Pretty much the same as everyone else on here. Booked to have the oven cleaned weeks ago in time for Christmas. Called to find out where they were as they had not arrived to be told they didn’t know where the cleaner was. What a waste of time. Do not use this company they are unreliable !!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Operative booked to come between 10am…
Operative booked to come between 10am and 1pm. I phoned when no show by 1.20, told He's on his way. Operative phoned to say he'd be here around 3 or 4pm. REMEMBER, he was booked to come before 1pm. He then said don't worry if I don't make it today, we'll get it done before Christmas. I explained I'm away 4 days over weekend, clearing our late mother's house.
He arrived 3.22pm. I previously explained I was leaving the house at 6.30, Christmas party, concerned the full 2 to 3 for clean advertised would be rushed. He said he'd do it in half an hour! I was supposed to pay £85 for 30 mins work! He wouldn't wait while I phoned the company, drove off. No answer on phone. No oven cleaned.
To add to my distress, (I'm a pensioner) the company has only refunded £62.50. They know the full story.
They are ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Don't ever book them.

Booked oven and hob cleaning via their website and paid deposit. I was told to expect a call to book in the time slot and pay remaining balance.
I received multiple unsolicited calls from the company after booking trying to sell additional cleans which I did not want. If I had, I would have booked that service.
The day before the clean was due they rang whilst I was at work and I did not have my bank card with me. It was agreed they would call me back at 4pm.
4 pm came and went and I eventually received a call at 5.45, when I answered I was told they would need to transfer me to the booking staff...why not just get this team to call in the first instance rather than ringing someone to put them straight on hold?! When my call was finally picked up I was told I'd been transferred to the wrong department and that someone would call me back. When I explained that they had called at a bad time as I was in the middle of sorting my 2 year old son, they stated that the other person was busy but was almost finished, I expected to then be transferred again, instead the phone was hung up.
As you can imagine I was slightly annoyed at the complete lack of customer service at this point and when the 'right' member of staff did call me back I informed them that I would like to cancel the clean as this is not the kind of company I want to use and let into my home if they think this is a good way to treat their customers. They continued to try and to get me to go ahead and told me that I would not get my initial payment refunded. Now a week before christmas I am down almost £30 and will have to try and source another company to complete the job. All because of their staffs poor attitude, service and hard sell.
Can't comment on their cleans! I would strongly recommend people avoid this company and looking at other reviews it seems that hard sell and continuous unsolicited calls is par for the course with them.
Poor company and service
I booked a double oven and gas hob clean for 10th Dec. Technician arrived late, had a woman in his van in the passenger seat, who didn't appear to be a colleague. Took just over 30 minutes to do the clean, which seemed far too short. Hob was dirtier after the visit than before, and he said he couldn't clean the back of the ovens 'because of the electrics'. I rang customer support and sent photo's of the poor work and was assured I'd get a call back. No call received, so rang again 2 days later to be told I'd receive a call back. No call received. Rang back a 3rd time 3 days later to be told I'd get a call back in 5 minutes....that was 5 hours ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not a professional oven cleaning company. They're as bad as the telephone scammers and should be avoided at all cost.
Very poor company
Very poor company - wish I could leave zero stars. I had my date booked in 3 weeks ahead of planned clean and paid 50% deposit. Date of clean was due to be 17th December - just in time for Christmas. They called 12 hours before the clean and said they couldn't complete it - the only time they could do was after Christmas. Felt like a case of deliberate over booking to me. Very Poor - try a local independent company - I won't make this mistake again.

Please do not use this company, I booked an appointment 16 days ago , they took my payment on the day , but today they contacted me to say not only were they cancelling the appointment tomorrow but they would not be able to come back until 29th December, absolutely shocking!!! Would give nothing if I could. Totally appalling. Appointment booked for 10-1. Text & email just after midday saying running an hour behind. Two & a half hours later no show so I rang them. Told will be with me within half an hour. Forty minutes later still no show so I rang again & cancelled demanding my money back. Intend to contact Trading Standards about this lot if they dare withold my money, DO NOT USE!!!!

Avoid if you actually want your oven cleaned. Called to book oven clean and went through the very heavy upsell on the phone. Explained I just want oven cleaned and they asked for the full price to be paid upfront which I refused so paid a deposit.
Took day off on appointment day only to be cancelled on the morning stating van issues. I had to call them to book next appointment and the customer service team member was very apologetic but looking at the amount of negative reviews this is something that they have a lot of experience at. Booked next appointment almost two weeks after the first and was called the evening before with the same heavy upsell and again asking for full payment. I explained that as they had not turned up previously I would pay when the job was completed. Day of second appointment got a text stating cleaner was sick and I could change my appointment, what a joke.
I asked for a refund as I felt the next appointment could be cancelled, due to dog eating their diary, only to be told it can take up to 28 days to reach me.

Dreadful company was told a time for arrival which didn't happen. Phoned to see were cleaner was and was told he was running late! Still didn't get a call and he arrived in my doorstep. Told me he'd only be 20mins doing the clean. Oven hardly touched still smokes and smells really bad. I will never use or recommend them to anyone
