Awful service didn’t even get an oven clean wrong information given at booking you are not guaranteed an am or pm booking they book you in when they are on their rounds in your area useless if you aren’t about all day. Wouldn’t recommend and they didn’t refund my deposit. Utter thieves

Unreliable and don’t refund you if they cancel on you!!!

I was having 2 ovens on a range cooker cleaned before I went on holiday. The guy spent less than half an hour in my kitchen (I was packing upstairs) and when he called me down and showed me the cooker it looked fine but I was amazed at how quickly he had 'cleaned' it.
It wasn't until he left that I noticed how dirty he had made my kitchen sink! He must have thrown a lot of grease and gunk down there as the water was very, very slow to go down. I couldn't do anything about it that day as I was going away the next. I had relatives staying in my house though while I was away and they tried everything to unblock it but eventually a plumber was called. He had to remove the waste pipe under the sink to clear the stuff the Oven Support guy had put down there. With the additional cost of the plumber, it ended costing me nearly £200 to have my ovens cleaned badly. The ceiling, sides and corners of the ovens were hardly cleaned at all, even though all the visible things such as shelves, floors and racks all looked fine.
When I got back I complained to Oven Support by email which was nearly three weeks ago and they haven't replied.
Needless to say, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND them and will never use them again.

I booked an oven clean for the 30th January and had to pay a £25 deposit. On the day they messaged in the morning to say running late I said that was fine. They tried to get me to then make full payment. Luckily I didn't. I kept waiting and called them twice each time they said cleaner was on his way. Eventually I had a message late in the afternoon to cancel the clean. I phoned requesting a full refund which still has not arrived. I've called them over 12 times now and each time they say I am high priority with the accounts department for a refund. What a dreadful company they could never be recommended and appear to be very dishonest and untrustworthy. Please do not book them.

Absolutely disgusting do not use oven support booked online over weekend ,called me on Monday for full payment gave ETA between 1-4pm did not turn up tgen reschedule for Wednesday the 11th Feb 2026 ETA between 1-3pm again did not turn up so I called at 3:30pm only to be told no one coming again so asked for a refund let's see if I get .......£127.
Very bad company please do not use it needs to be shut down .

Cancelled and I’m now chasing a refund. Cancelled within a hour of charging my card too! Wish I had checked these reviews first. Absolute scam of a company!

I Have finally received a refund after 6 weeks of chasing!
I am so disappointed over the poor treatment received. I booked an oven clean for 5 January prior to moving. I paid a deposit of £42.50. On 5th no one turned up. I telephoned and was told they had phoned in sick. No one had attempted to inform me. I was offered a new appointment but it was after I had moved out so the company offered to refund my deposit. Over a month later and a number of phone calls , a load of excuses - finance department on 2 weeks leave, no one available etc.. on Monday I thought I was getting somewhere after speaking to a guy who sounded genuinely apologetic. He acknowledged that refund was overdue and said he would expedite matter on Tuesday and call me back!
It’s Wednesday and still no money, and no phone calls!

I booked an oven clean to schedule to arrive between 11am & 1pm. Was told I would be contacted half hour before. Heard nothing up to 1.30pm so called to enquire. Was informed he was running late on the previous job and would be with me within the hour. 2.40pm arrived still no sign so rang back. Told the previous clean was a nightmare and that I would definitely hear from the cleaning guy before 3pm. At 3.45pm I got a call to say that he was just leaving his last job and it was a 35 minute car journey to mine. I said don’t bother I’ve had a wasted day at home so asked for my £40 refund. That was on 9th January. I have made 6 phone calls all fobbing me off with excuses. I went to citizens advice last Friday and they are breaking the law not refund sing me so now I’m taking matters further and will not allow them to intimidate me anymore. Shocking service, stay clear!

DO NOT BOOK! I booked a slot for when I was off work, they then changed the date twice via email meaning I had to change my working arrangements so I was home for them. They then didn't show up on the third date. When called we were told they were busy at another job, so I requested a refund. I was informed that this would be received within 1 week. 1 month later, I still haven't received my refund. A total scam.

We were told less than 48 hours in a confirmation call that if you lived above the ground floor there is an additional £25 charge. This was not mentioned at time of booking on line! When i asked why they said the cleaner has to take the pieces to the van to dip so it takes longer. The cleaner took nothing down to the van and insisted in us paying the £25. Blatant fraud and lies.

Twice they cancelled my appointment at the last minute which caused me loss of income. In real terms my oven clean cost me well over £100. Their customer service is non existent not replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!

Scam company, booked for a clean before xmas , no one turned up took £70 off me and said re arrange. No good as I wanted it do e before Xmas.
Its now the end of January and 8 calls later and same excuse every time... its with the accounts dept.
Still waiting. I wished looked at these reviews before as clearly they are scammers. Im now going to the financial ombudsman.

Do not use this company!
Had it scheduled for a clean got a call to take my final payment day before and then 15 mins after I got a call that they can't attend any more.
Still awaiting my refund I really believe they won't give me it I have been waiting since 2nd December- there terms is 28 days so they have breached that.
Do not use at all costs.

Similar to other reviews, had to clean my oven after, for a double oven, and it was dirty, they took less than 1 hour on it. Previous cleans where they do all individual bits takes much longer and don’t need the oven on, these did!
I emailed them and sent pics and was ignored :(

Paid £25 deposit. They changed the time of booking and did not tell me. I was at work! Then on the new date, rang me to say they’ll be 1-5 hours late. Rang me 3 times in between this trying to sell add ons…. 28 day wait for refund which to be honest they’ve messed up already. All they are interested in is the hard sell the le el of service is zero! Sending me links to give bank details?? I rang twice, theystate to ignore these they’ll use my card! Wow. Avoid this company. They are dreadful honestly. There’s plenty out there do not use these.

Booked a clean for 12th Dec 2025 and they cancelled that morning. Asked for a full refund, it’s now 20th January 2026 and still no refund. I’ve contacted them several times to be constantly told the same rubbish. I’ve now had to raise a dispute through my bank to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

Oven clean booked and paid for in November. No one turned up and I’m still chasing my £120 refund. Robbie assured me today that I would get my money this afternoon - still no money. Terrible company

Booked for the morning as the range was being disconnected in the afternoon, when they called to take the remaining balance I asked for the time and told the “gentleman “ on the line that it was to be disconnected, was told it would all be sorted out after he had taken my money. Paid and was then informed that the technician would arrive late afternoon. Complained to him and got nowhere. Rang and complained the next day and was told I could get a refund…….over a month later still waiting! Just phoned again and have been told some story about accounts. Don’t believe it and thing my money has been lost. Do not use this company they don’t even deserve 1 star
