Friendly staff, always explain everything to me and the actual clean is amazing, my double oven and microwave look brand new again after they have finished. Would definitely recommend Jerry, very professional and did an amazing cleaning job. Will definitely keep using this company and would highly recommend

From the first call to book an appointment which they could provide at short notice Cleaner Ovens were fantastic.
Good communications, at the time booked. Very professional and friendly technician (Chris) attended and did a fantastic job, The oven was sparkling and looked like new. All the parts were removed and cleaned thoroughly I wouldn't use anyone else Cleaner Ovens were perfect on all fronts. I am a very satisfied customer.

Jonathan cleaned our 2 ovens yesterday at a cost of £69.00. It was worth every penny.
He was efficient and careful, resulting in our ovens looking brand new.

We had our oven cleaned last week. Booked on a Wednesday after my colleague said how happy he was with his. Chris arrived 2 days later (22/08) and spent most of the afternoon doing a fantastic job on our oven, hob and extractor. We are super-pleased with the work carried out. Our ovenis as clean and sparkling as it was when we had it. The hob is clean and the extractor free of grease. Excellent value and would 100% recommend to others. Thank you

Great service once again by Cleaner Ovens. The technician John arrived on time, was polite and did an excellent job cleaning our ovens (incl. microwave oven) and ensured we were satisfied with his work before leaving.

Can't speak highly enough of Marks work for us. Professional, courteous, hard working, and a high quality finish. Such a nice feeling to go into Christmas holiday with the oven cleaned!

Booked morning slot as I had to be out in afternoon. No contact from them to tell me they were running late. Still no cleaner by 13:30 so had to cancel. Booked with local company and have been given a specific time. I would never use cleaner ovens again, complete waste of time.

Same as everyone else, I made a booking about a week ago and they never showed up. I called up and they rebooked me in, again the guys never showed up, apparently was stuck on another job.

This is a total scam, avoid at all costs. It also seems I may have issues getting my money refunded after reading everyone else’s reviews. I don’t understand how these people get away with it.

My oven is now like new. Peter who came to clean was a very pleasant and helpful young man. Over all the service was very efficient.

Please AVOID this company, I wish I had!! I booked an appointment for my elderly Mothers oven to be cleaned, I made the booking and paid a £20 Deposit on 23rd June 2023, the booking was for 11th July 2023. I received a phone call on 5th July 2023 to say they had no one in the area to clean the oven on the 11th and the next appointment was the 28th! In other words no one else in the area had made a booking, so they weren't going to honour my booking!! I requested to cancel the booking and was told it would take up to 28 days to refund my deposit!!! absolutely shocking that they can keep customers money (especially elderly ones) for over 6 weeks, for something that is their fault!! If I don't receive the money back with in 28 days, I shall report this to the police! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could rate no stars then this would be entirely accurate. Appalling service. Really awful. I booked time off work to attend the first booking. They give a three hour window to turn up and I was there and waiting whilst clearing out my old flat. After the end of the time passed and I had had no contact then I called and was told they were just about to call me ( yes… really?) and that the cleaner was delayed and would be another hour. I had to get back to work! So they said I could have the first appointment of the day the following week. So I booked time off work. The next week, the evening before, they called and asked to confirm the service and said they would be coming in the afternoon. I said that is absolutely unacceptable and their communication is awful. The woman I spoken to said ‘this is not bad communication’ !!!!!
So they gave me another date and I said it had to be a certain time window so I could once again book time off work and they said they would request this and get me know the last working day before that booking. Bearing in mind I need to ask for time off asap this is not acceptable and they were very indignant. Must deal with lots of people that do not work or have any scheduling issues at all. I have asked for my money back and we will see how that goes. DO NOT USE!!!!

This company has persistently harrassed my elderly father, who has Alzheimers. They know this, having promised 3 times to remove his contact details and failed to do so. His bank account had to be frozen over Christmas as a result. The Directors of this company should be prosecuted for harassment, breaches of data protection legislation and potential fraudulent activity.

Made a booking and then read the reviews afterwards (won't make that mistake again!), so cancelled.
Contacted company to cancel and told refund would be issued.
Called them 3 weeks later as not received, then told I need to respond to an email to start the refund process. The original agent never mentioned an email and I didn't receive one.
When asked how long the refund would take the agent said they don't know as don't get to see the letter. No one around who can help. Not her fault, but very poor process and customer service
Still waiting for deposit to be refunded.
