Been using this company few years now ,I've passed on there number to many customers of mine ,who all say the same excellent 👍

Booked morning slot as I had to be out in afternoon. No contact from them to tell me they were running late. Still no cleaner by 13:30 so had to cancel. Booked with local company and have been given a specific time. I would never use cleaner ovens again, complete waste of time.

Same as everyone else, I made a booking about a week ago and they never showed up. I called up and they rebooked me in, again the guys never showed up, apparently was stuck on another job.

This is a total scam, avoid at all costs. It also seems I may have issues getting my money refunded after reading everyone else’s reviews. I don’t understand how these people get away with it.

My oven is now like new. Peter who came to clean was a very pleasant and helpful young man. Over all the service was very efficient.

Please AVOID this company, I wish I had!! I booked an appointment for my elderly Mothers oven to be cleaned, I made the booking and paid a £20 Deposit on 23rd June 2023, the booking was for 11th July 2023. I received a phone call on 5th July 2023 to say they had no one in the area to clean the oven on the 11th and the next appointment was the 28th! In other words no one else in the area had made a booking, so they weren't going to honour my booking!! I requested to cancel the booking and was told it would take up to 28 days to refund my deposit!!! absolutely shocking that they can keep customers money (especially elderly ones) for over 6 weeks, for something that is their fault!! If I don't receive the money back with in 28 days, I shall report this to the police! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could rate no stars then this would be entirely accurate. Appalling service. Really awful. I booked time off work to attend the first booking. They give a three hour window to turn up and I was there and waiting whilst clearing out my old flat. After the end of the time passed and I had had no contact then I called and was told they were just about to call me ( yes… really?) and that the cleaner was delayed and would be another hour. I had to get back to work! So they said I could have the first appointment of the day the following week. So I booked time off work. The next week, the evening before, they called and asked to confirm the service and said they would be coming in the afternoon. I said that is absolutely unacceptable and their communication is awful. The woman I spoken to said ‘this is not bad communication’ !!!!!
So they gave me another date and I said it had to be a certain time window so I could once again book time off work and they said they would request this and get me know the last working day before that booking. Bearing in mind I need to ask for time off asap this is not acceptable and they were very indignant. Must deal with lots of people that do not work or have any scheduling issues at all. I have asked for my money back and we will see how that goes. DO NOT USE!!!!

This company has persistently harrassed my elderly father, who has Alzheimers. They know this, having promised 3 times to remove his contact details and failed to do so. His bank account had to be frozen over Christmas as a result. The Directors of this company should be prosecuted for harassment, breaches of data protection legislation and potential fraudulent activity.

Made a booking and then read the reviews afterwards (won't make that mistake again!), so cancelled.
Contacted company to cancel and told refund would be issued.
Called them 3 weeks later as not received, then told I need to respond to an email to start the refund process. The original agent never mentioned an email and I didn't receive one.
When asked how long the refund would take the agent said they don't know as don't get to see the letter. No one around who can help. Not her fault, but very poor process and customer service
Still waiting for deposit to be refunded.

Not a good experience and I wouldn’t book with this company again.
Booked for a morning time slot and paid half in advance - this was confirmed by a phone call a week before the appointment. Didn’t arrive in the agreed time. When I phoned to chase, I was told that they would be coming later that afternoon.
I cancelled as I was unable to be in that afternoon (hence the earlier morning booking!). Completed the required paperwork for the refund which, despite chasing, I still haven’t received after nearly 4 weeks.
Avoid this company!

I used this company on the 3rd of February 2023, I would like show you all why I have a problem, my initial email was responded to quite quickly but after that well still waiting..
Firstly, I would like to say that the guy that came was not at all friendly. I understand our oven is dated, but as it is a rental property there is nothing we can do about that. The guy that was here, said that because of its age he would probably not be able to get it completely clean. Guess what? He did not. The amount of time that he took was ridiculous, he was only here for about 30 mins. I am not sure what he used on the front but there are now scratches on the upper part and the numbers have been removed. I have pictures of this. Overall I am very disappointed with this and would not recommend your company to anyone.

Not good experience as this is a occupation that requires going into peoples homes..and everyone has different circumstances ..so respect ..safety proffesionalism is a must .used after a recomadation of friend who had hers done .
But found they man that came to mine smeling of smoke ?.over friendly...im a friendly person but i dont think asking for my social media etc to follow very comftable ! Some women get worried, vunerable some older .
Im certain the smell of smoke was not the legal kind !? However any smelling smoke is not welcomed !I wouldnt use again or recommend as to busy talking instead of working,and prying!
I hope all their staff are fully vetted in this job as this requires entering homes of many people .when mentioned to my friend she said she felt same way too but was happy with the clean ..dont like naming names but i might e mail company with my concerns

Cleaned my over around 18 months ago….have called me fortnight since for a recleab advised not interested and to remove my number and stop calling me …even blocked the number and they just call me from a different number. Absolute disgusting company if I wanted my oven cleaning again I definitely wouldn’t use based on the constant hassassent.

Do not use this company, totally unreliable. They give you a date and don’t turn up. Don’t bother using them.

I booked an oven clean and was sent back an email saying someone would contact me on Friday, for an appointment on AM Monday morning.
No- one called back. On Monday morning I called the office and stated what had happened to be told they had called, but gave no time or date for call back. I was then told that although it was an AM appointment it was going to be around 2pm. I cancelled as this was not what was booked and was told that a refund would be actioned straight away and be informed by email that day of this. Now 2 days and no contact !!!!. Not what should happen. Please take my advise, unless you want to be messed around DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I am very pleased with the results. Ash did an amazing job. They were always in contact with me (calls, texts) will definitely use them again.

Having no read the comments on here I wish I had looked sooner. Cancelled on me twice, seems rather familiar having seen here, said could rebook again. So 3 weeks waiting and still no clean oven. Whatever you do, avoid this company and use anyone else but them.
