Beware scam.
Didn't turn up and have not returned my money.

I would warn anyone against using this company unless you don’t mind being harassed by regular phone calls, even when you ask them to take you off their calling list. I used them 2-3 times at my previous property in Edenbridge. The job was done very well and I was very happy with the service. I even put a good review on for them initially.

However, over time, it’s become clear that once they have your phone number, you just can’t prevent receiving calls all the time. Even though I’ve told them quite clearly, I will call them when I want the oven cleaned again as I don’t need my oven cleaning that regularly, they still don’t let up or take you off their calling list as promised.

With technology these days, it should be quite simple for them to set up a system whereby they ask the customer after a job if they want to receive reminder calls or not. In any event, the frequency of their reminder calls, is insane. It’s like you’d want it done the week after you’ve just had it done. It’s insane.

Therefore, regretfully, I am unable to use this company again or recommend them to others.

Just had my oven cleaned with this company and im so pleased its like new..........cant believe the other reviews on here ........but everything went according to what they said and couldnt be happier and will use again for other things x sue smith north wales

They started off by trying to sell me a ton of other cleans but I just wanted oven and hob. They changed the arranged day without telling me, ok as I wasn't working so I let that go, and the guy was outside my home at 7.30am! Let him in about 8am and he did a good job inside my oven but didn't know I'd booked a hob clean too. He checked and did it in 10 minutes, it wasn't great. After a few days I had white residue on the plate where the knobs are making it hard to see the temps. Also the knobs are not very clean. After many scrubs I've managed to get the white stuff off. The man who came was very nice but the job wasn't that great overall. Dont think that £50 for these 2 jobs was money well spent.I think a local smaller company would have done a better job.

Do not use this so called company they take your money don’t turn up and don’t refund you

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Booked an oven clean, rang my day before to pay outstanding balance which I did! said cleaner would ring half an hour before he arrived never did! An hour later after slot I rang they said he was delayed we requested to cancel as we had to go out said we’d get a refund. Fast forward 1 month still havent got the refund! Rang the other day after working the 7-10 working days as stated to be told apparently they now need my bank details and then I would get it in 48 hours. 96 hours later still not got it! Been on the phone this morning there’s never a manager that works there funnily enough and I’m going to get my refund by close of play tonight won’t hold my breath.

Awful experience, do not use this company!!! Had my oven clean cancelled twice within space of a months wait and when I requested a refund I was told it would take 7-10 working days, it’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund!

Waited in all afternoon to get my oven cleaned had two previous calls to pay the balance of said cleaning ...thank goodness I did'nt as they were a no show with some pathetic excuse as to an emergency and unforseen circumstances, hopefully will get the deposit back but Never Ever pay before the work is done. Crap company promising to much for the people on the ground to deliver, it is them I feel sorry for not this crap company, step up be realistic and treat your workers better.

I booked an oven clean for 8-12. Had a call asking me to pay up other half of cost, which I didn’t do as it stated on website to pay cleaner the other 50 percent in person, then asked me did i have any neighbours who could have theirs done same time as me? I was advised i would get a call 30 minutes before arrival, i waited until 11.45 and called the company to be told unsure why i was able to book in, as they don’t have availability for 2 weeks, was told although i had a call confirming my appointment the person who was meant to clean was at a funeral! I asked to speak to a team leader and was told none available.

Been advised i will get a refund, but don’t hold out much hope, I didn’t even get an apology!

Decided on the basis of this to get off my lazy backside and clean own oven, which is now gleaming!

Steer clear of this company they will rip you off without an ounce of care.

I made a booking, paid deposit but nonody came. Phoned and I was rebooked but they called the day before to cancel. They asked me to pay the remainder of the charge but but I refused to pay until the job had been done. They called me to rebook but I refused and said that I wanted my deposit back. They said that their accounts dept. would call me to arrange for this. And of course this hasn't happened. Phone numbers have been changed, disconnected etc.

Btw, if you are the company, please note that my bank details have been changed.

So goodbye deposit. But if someone reads this and decides not to contact them, it'll be worth it.

Avoid really poor oven left dirty, kitchen cupboard doors left dirty, kitchen floor left filthy.

Don't get caught out, should be shamed on TV.

Certain this is a scam. Do not part with any money. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reviews on here that are anything above 1 star (the minimum) are the scammers themselves. I wish I’d checked trustpilot before booking and paying.

Booked for a clean, no show by cleaner, rebooked and again no show.
Asked for refund 2 weeks ago and despite filling in all required paperwork and sending via recorded delivery all we get is excuses (staff not in till after lunch, everyone in meeting).
Avoid at all costs as its apparent that they are using a similar company name in order to scam people out of their money.

Great service, great job and lovely clean oven

I used this company last year and found it to be excellent however I made a new booking for February this year and no one turned up. I waited for the company to contact me but nobody did. I eventually rang them - got no apology but I accepted a new appointment date for March. Again a no show with no contact. I rang them and said I wanted a refund and was told by a very indifferent female that it would take 10-14 days to be paid back and that was it. Again no apology!!
Wouldn’t use this firm again under any circumstances

The engineer arrived at the agreed time - spent 2 hours making my oven look as good as new - he also cleaned the extractor and hob. Quiet and tidy - kitchen left in a clean and tidy condition. Will definitely use them again. Will recommend to anyone who asks me who to use to clean their oven.

I ordered an oven clean through what I thought was the website to a reputable company. Turns out this company ‘cleaner ovens’ was posing as the reputable company with a copied website.

Once I booked my oven clean I received a booking confirmation from a different company than expected, ‘cleaner ovens’. I phoned immediately to cancel and request a refund for my paid deposit. I was told this would be paid back to my payment card.

Later in the day somebody phoned to arrange the clean even though I had cancelled. They advised I would need to fill in a form for the refund so I phoned the hotline again and they sent me the form to complete claiming they’re unable to refund directly to my payment card (fishy) and need my details for a bank transfer. I didn’t go ahead with this as I don’t want to provide any further personal details.

I will be reporting this scam to my bank and action fraud.

Booked over 10 days ago. Paid half as requested at time of order. Three days before schedule, rang up to ask for the balance payment in full. Confirm me time slot two days before schedule date. Waited since 8am this morning, and no notice at all until I called them at 11.30am and was told no one available to come and the next available day in another 2 weeks time. Cancelled and ask for full refund. Totally rubbish.

Do not use!!! I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Firstly no confirmation phone call at all, so I had to call to check all was okay a day or two before. Confirmed 9-12 time slot. On the day, nothing...so called at 12 and was told my cleaner was off sick so would be moved to 1-4pm. 4pm they called to say because of the weather he can't get to me....the weather?! Yes it's a bit windy but it's not even raining...the sun is out. Staff do not care, can rebook for a months time and no managers available to speak to. Apparently i will be sent a form to apply for a refund...not received anything yet. Upon calling them, they say they are a company called Oven Support, not Cleaner Ovens. This must be a scam!!! Stay away!
