The person who came to clean my oven spent the whole visit with one hand holding his phone where he was clearly speaking to another oven cleaner and he constantly moaned about the company he was working for. Where they sent him, how long it took him etc etc. He was a very unhappy employee. I had to go out but my husband was home albeit he was gardening. I paid extra to have my extractor fan cleaned and I can’t say for sure he didn’t clean it at all but it was no cleaner/different than before his visit. Very disappointing hence why I won’t use your company again.

oven clean was first class , admin not so paid 50% deposit when booking and was told to the pay the balance to cleaner which was fair, however Im then get a second call from a different person telling me i had to pay the balance in advance over the phone which left me worried if i had been scammed

We have used a variety of oven clean companies over the years always with good results. Cleaner Ovens were very good and did a fantastic job of returning our double oven and glass gas hob to almost new in appearance. Will certainly be giving them a call when next required.

Excellent clean. Well informed and reminders regarding visit date and time. Time narrowed down on the day. Agent arrived on time and was friendly,polite,efficient and speedy. Oven gleaming like new. Good price too with the special offer. I've used this company before and will use again as great result both times.

Yet Another Missing Refund.

Got a call hours before they were due to arrive, saying the Cleaner was feeling unwell, I couldn't reschedule as I was moving out. I have been chasing my deposit since October 2021

Wish I had read these reviews before booking my double oven clean last year. I have been messaging and phoning since the rearranged appointment end of November 2021 due to the cleaner running late but not notifying me. I had to ring to see where he was. Rarranged for AM appointment so my Mom could be there and when I rang afew days earlier to confirm still AM appointment they had it down as PM. I tried to rearrange again to be told the cleaner who lives near me works he’s jobs from furthest out to in so I would basically always be PM but she would put a note to say I wanted AM. I again rang beforehand to check and guess what. PM delivery. Asked for my money to be refunded which has now been going on for almost 8 weeks. I was sent forms to fill in due to the payment process changing and these were emailed back over Christmas. More calls and messages. Told for the last two Fridays the director ’Jamie’ is taking them home to sort over the weekend and money should be back in account the following week. Which of course it isn’t. Last night I had messages at 3.22AM from a ‘Scott’ who couldn't spell and sounded like he was either drunk or a nigerian scammer! How he is the highest ranking non-director and they will ‘feek his rath’. (His spelling not mine). How he can ‘see I have been abused and makes him sick to the bone’. That director David Reynolds will feel his wrath. That I am now ‘talking to the organ grinder and not the monkeys’ although he spelt that wrong too!
I have said I want a call before 11am Monday. How ive read these bad reviews and wish id read them before. How I WILL be taking this to a debt collection company (I work in the right field for this!) and WILL be recovering any other costs.
Would like to say the 3 people I spoke to in the office are stuck in the middle. They were polite but in a position of having to lie and say they couldn’t get hold of a director etc even though I would bet he was sitting within 6ft of them!

Avoid this trader! Christmas and new year 's been and gone. They did not bother to call or update how they are going to resolve the complaint. They are still waiting for Mike the cleaner who damaged my oven to sort it. This company just wants the money and don't care about customer service. I lost hope that they will replace the panel and hobs their cleaner damaged. Charge to experience. If you don't look after your customers you will soon don't have one.

I booked an oven clean for 29th November having paid a deposit on my credit card on 17th November. I was subsequently asked for the full amount ("because i had had a special price"), which i paid again on my credit card on 23rd November. Then they kept trying to change the date, even to the point of phoning up out of the blue saying they would be arriving in 15 minutes when i was out of the house, which i kept refusing. Finally no-one turned up on 29th November so i phoned to cancel and asked for a refund which they agreed. It is now over a month since that date and i have been fobbed off with various excuses and no repayment. On 23rd December I received an email saying they could no longer refund to my credit card (which suggests they are no longer a legitimate company) but if i wrote two letters to the two parts of the company involved giving my bank details they would BACS the money. I have not done this for obvious reasons but instead have brought their fraudulent trading to the notice of my credit card company who will be looking into it. So my advice to anyone tempted to use this company is:
DONT USE OVEN SUPPORT SOUITH LTD OR CLEANER OVENS OR COVERTXT CLEANING LTD!

Total disaster from start to when they stopped responding to me. Oven was not clean, worktop damaged from chemicals used, scratches on extract and back panel due to inappropriate cleaning materials and missing paid for oven mats...there seems to be no customer after care at all. Phoned, sent photos with full account of problems and missing oven mats. Did come out to clean again but did not resolve issues, oven mats still missing. No one knew history of problems and the second cleaner had no forewarning of the problems we experienced. Would not use again, still no mats and nothing done about damage to oven/worktops.

December 22nd 2021, have rung company as requested & absolutely nothing has been done to resolve anything . My oven is totally ruined due to inappropriate cleaning materials / methods used, visually damage as seen in photos is self explanatory ,
inside sliders on both ovens are now permanently stuck . Intentions were to use said company on a regular basis but the whole service has not only ruined my oven but has also affected the use of the oven & has turned into a complete nightmare .

I had a very positive experience using Cleaner Ovens. We had just moved into another property and the oven was in a very poor state.They were prompt, competent, competitively priced and courteous.
We had to re-schedule our booking and found their customer service centre very helpful.
This is a franchise and we found William, who carried out our oven, hob and extractor clean, friendly and efficient. The before and after was amazing.

I would leave no stars if I could. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
I booked an oven clean in September for December. Paid a deposit over the phone & got a confirmation.
Day before the cleaner was due to come I got a call confirming my appointment time. The appointment time was wrong & when I queried it I was told I had been given the wrong information. When I asked to make a complaint they acknowledged it was their error & the rota for that day had been changed. I explained I had booked the time off work but they had little sympathy. Since then I have contacted 5 times by phone & sent 3 emails with no response ne via email & when I call they say they will chase it up. I have now reported to trading standards as I'm not convinced anybody has ever actually has a oven clean.

I placed my order online and paid my deposit with the outstanding balance to be paid on the day. Four weeks before the cleaner was due I had a call to ask me to pay the rest of my balance. I decided to pay as would have to anyway but sent an email of complaint as was not expecting to pay until day of oven cleaning. No reply.
The next week I received a call from Jamie telling me they had given the cleaner the day off and I would need to rearrange my booking. Needless to say I argued this as I had booked the day off work and could not understand why they would grant a day off when they already had a booking. Jamie was extremely rude and put the phone down.
I called the customer service line and cancelled my booking, it took me two emails, five phone calls and three weeks to finally get my refund

I have rang the company as stated in my review several times in order to obtain my refund. I also emailed and got no reply.
Why would I call now I have finally received my refund???
Unless they want to compensate me for my time and cost of phone calls which I doubt.

I would give no stars if I could. I booked a oven clean without reading the reviews . I paid a deposit and was confident as I got confirmation. The day before the company rang to confirm and asked me to pay the balance . I said I would paY
the balance after job was done. Needless to say, despite taking the day off work, I was contacted at 3 to say that the cleaner was ill and could they rebook. I said that after taking a day off work, I was not prepared to wait in another day and waste another day's leave I requested a refund of my deposit. Despite chasing the refund twice I have not had any communication from the company. No response to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Totally con merchants ,was booked in for a time and date,the day before asked for the full amount, I refused on the day they were supposed to be at my property ,30 mins before they were due,rang to say the chap had issues with his van,very convenient, still not got my deposit back,been in touch with watchdog how intresting, I'm not the only one.ANYBODY READING THIS REVIEW,DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..

No surprise if you read all the other reviews below, but I booked a clean for October which was then cancelled (given different reasons by different people) I then re-arranged.

Booked a morning slot, waited at home and nobody showed. When I called to query this I was told I'd been given an afternoon slot when I explained I had always booked a morning slot I was told they needed to listen back to my call, basically calling me a liar. At this point I asked for a refund and the call handler hung up on me saying she'd call me back later.

An hour passed and after seeing these reviews I called again and refused to get off the phone until a refund was approved. After much difficulty this was verbally approved but more than 15 days later I still don't have my money.

I booked this clean after having a stroke this year, I just wanted one job taking off my hands and a bit of stress relieved. Well I got the complete opposite.
Disgusted with this company and everyone working for them, no morals, pure theft.

I read the reviews for this company after booking my oven cleaning, I was very concerned as like many I had paid a deposit and ordered two oven mats, I booked a time slot of between 8-12am and was disappointed when no one arrived, however I contacted the company and were informed that the cleaner would be arriving shortly and within 10min I received a call to say he would be arriving within 15min, which he did, I expressed my displeasure that the mats had not arrived, Russell (my cleaner) immediately contacted the company and arranged to leave some for me, he did an excellent job very professional and left everything clean and tidy, throughly happy with the service after my initial concerns
