Like other people I paid £17.50 which they stated was 50%. The day my oven was meant to be cleaned I got a call to say he had broken down & couldnt come so another date was arranged. Then I got a call to say he can come, not on the day arranged but early next morning. This was not convenient & I mentioned my oven is a Neff Hide & Slide oven to which I was told they dont clean these ovens even though I pointed out it was on their website! I said I wanted my money back & was told to expect a call from their Accounts Dept. What a joke. This was end of September & despite numerous phone calls & emails I have still not had any response or my money back. I am disgusted.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Use this company at your peril.

Posted a review on 16 November that we were still waiting for a refund - guess what, more than two weeks have elapsed and......STILL NO REFUND!!!!

The absolute cheek of these chancers, to respond to my last review that we were being unreasonable, by posting on here - hint for them on running a business, if a customer is not happy, they shouldn't have to keep ringing you for you to sort it out!!

No phone call, no letter, no email despite us sending a letter before action - they have our card details and our bank account details so no excuse not to send our money back.

Fraudsters of the highest order.

Delighted with the job Eddie has done with our cooker it’s spotless. Eddie is a lovely guy very polite and left area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him.

Booked an oven clean in September had a no show phoned up and was given another date in October no show again have phone once or twice weekly from beginning from October spoke with most of work force apologies all the time wont let me speak to director Please don't book this company.

As with many others who have left a review I booked an oven clean and had paid the full price in advance. On the day nobody arrived and I had to call main office to find out that no one was coming. They offered me another slot but I was moving out of the property so instead asked for a refund. I have made several phone calls only to be told my case 'is with accounts' and that I 'have been flagged as a priority'. With no refund a month later I sent them an email delivering a deadline after which I would be taking further action. The deadline has passed and I have not received my refund. I will now be seeking to start a chargeback claim with my credit card company. I would not recommend this company and it appears my experience is not an isolated one

Do not use this company!

Booked my oven clean, paid in advance after their three phone calls trying to sell me more than I had booked. On the day in question first the person coming to clean my oven had a flat tyre so was running late and then the van apparently broke down so they couldn’t attend.

I was moving out of my property so had to get someone else out to clean my oven and I’m still waiting a month later for my money back!!

I keep calling and getting fobbed off with one excuse after another but all I want is my money back for a service they couldn’t provide. Absolute joke!!!

Eventually had my oven cleaned after 2 cancelled visits.

My oven is now duller than it was before! The side panels have been put back in upside down so now I can't use my grill as the shelves are too high! The guy used my kitchen towel, left the trays in the sink and left my kitchen floor flithy!

Would not recommend!!

Didn’t turn up and told after they were supposed to be here. Unresponsive to customer when contacted through emails and phone getting fobbed off totally in agreement with all other low ratings if I could give a 0 I would after three weeks still waiting for a refund and now wanting me to send sensitive info over email already told them this isn’t acceptable and no reply what a surprise !! Probably never see my money again unprofessional and unreliable please do not use as wouldn’t want anyone else going through this.

Dreadful! My cleaner was a no show and I’m waiting for my money to be returned! I have rung on many occasions and emailed but have got nowhere. It’s a month on and no sign of a refund. I would never use this company again.

Where to start......We booked an am slot for a single oven clean which we had to pay a deposit for before the service could be booked.
On the day no-one had attended by 1pm so we called customer service to be told that we had been booked in for a pm slot.

At first you could put this down to a simple human/system error, but no! We were told that our location would of only been attended in the afternoon not in the morning because of the route.

Customers shouldn't be given the option of choosing specific slots if the company cannot secure the time option provided on the online booking service.

Needless to say we weren't available on that day in the afternoon so we rescheduled, we were assured that our next appointment would be an am slot.

Unfortunately the same scenario happened again, we asked for a refund which we were informed would take 7 to 10 working days.

This was in the second week of October and after several calls to their office and several promises that its with their account team being processed, we're still waiting to be in receipt of it.

The company needs to do better!

I am extremely disappointed in the service NOT provided by this company. My original appointment has been cancelled and rearranged twice and the third appointment i was left a voicemail saying the engineer was once again not able to attend the job. After many telephone conversations from salespeople from the company pushing for me to have extra services done that I have paid ahead for I expected better.

Booked for a clean for 1pm. No one turned up. Called and was told he would be with me by 4pm. No one turned up. Rang back to be told he ran out of time and would come another day. Confirmed another day would not be convienent and wanted a refund. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no refund. Called to chase to be told that they can no longer issue refunds to original cards and needs to be BACS and will take another 10 days. Their director is David Reynolds if anyone else fancies suing them too.

**Following their response below, I called them again and was fobbed off yet again with "the person you need to speak to is on a break and will call you back". No surprise, no call back. Preparing court proceedings.

Avoid!!

I booked an AM appointment for a double oven clean and enquired on the day of the clean what time I should expect someone to arrive. By 13:30 no one had arrived so I called again to be told that someone would be with me by 14:00. I explained that the appointment had been booked for the morning and that I would need to reschedule.

A week later I received a call to say that the clean would need to be rescheduled again. I asked that the appointment be cancelled and that I be given a refund as I was fed up of being let down.

To date, 2 and a half weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. I have made several calls to the ‘customer service team’ and get promised a return phone call or an email. I’m still waiting.

I have also contacted this company by email to complain. All emails go without response or even an acknowledgment. Maybe one day I’ll hear back…

Update:
Here I am another couple of weeks later, multiple complaint emails and a phone call to ‘head office’ and I still haven’t had an acknowledgment to any emails sent let alone a written apology. Been promised a phone call back from Sarah in complaints and I’m still waiting.

This company is truly atrocious!

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY **. This company cleaned our oven and damaged the seal, said would replace with genuine neff part and now they have the oven details in which to order they never respond to emails or messenger!! BEWARE!!

I would strongly advice not to use this company
I had 2 ovens cleaned on 09/09/2021 the cleaner carried out the worst clean ever
Damaged the handles
Left stains in the glass
Left my kitchen tops,doors and floor a mess
Had to ask him to clean the trays that he missed
Reported the issues but go satisfaction,
The cleaner failed to reply to my tel calls
The head office have still not given me an update on the current position even though they have agreed the service provided was poor and the damage should not have been caused
I have called and sent several emails but it’s always “the issues are getting looked at” now 6 weeks plus further on and no reply to my last email.
I have used other well known oven cleaning companies in the past and all were head and shoulders above this company
It appears they are just a booking agent and try and offload any issues back onto the actual cleaner and when you can’t get intouch with the cleaner no one will take responsibility

AVOID!!! cancelled 20 minutes before the end of the time slot. Asked for refund, 12 days passed still no refund. Horrible horrible company!

AVOID!!!! cancelled the day of the clean, promised me a refund and i'm yet to receive this despite chasing several times. Don't make the same mistake I did

I have sent 4 recommendations to my friends after being promised £10 for each new customer. This was way back in July after the said ovens had been cleaned. To date I have 5 girls names I have spoken to and each one promised they had my bank details and would be dealing with it immediately. Just feel this company is one big con. My oven was done to a reasonable standard and as it was a fairly new purchase nothing I wouldn’t have expected. My daughter had her date changed twice and only after an argument got it cleaned, she was told she needed to pay up front , sadly she did. She ordered 2 oven mats( never received)
A washing machine that was worse after they cleaned it, destroyed 3 good white towels. Plus a missing oven shelf disappeared. Unbelievable bad company. Threatened with Trading Standards all fell on stoney ground. AVOID THEM.

Awful company. Was meant to get my oven cleaned on 24th august, no one turnt up because the cleaner had ran out of time. No one had bothered to let me know so I called and found out that way. I asked for a refund and still haven’t had it. I’ve called 3 times and send a message on their website and still no signs of getting it. Nearly 7 weeks they have had my money! Absolutely disgusting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Like so many others, I booked an oven clean and was let down on the day (an unapologetic telephone call after the booked time slot). I was promised that my deposit would be refunded within ten working days, but it hasn’t. Yet more time to be wasted chasing this up. Terrible all round!
