Very easy, straightforward experience buying a watch from James & Matt at Onaro. Phoned and spoke to James enquiring about a Rolex they had for sale on the Monday, visited their premises in Knightsbridge & purchased the watch on the Tuesday. If you can make the trip to see them in person it’s well worth it, beautiful location to sit for a coffee or drink safely enclosed, wish I allowed more time!
