Had a great deal with Tristan. He took a watch off my hands and didn't try to lowball me on the agreed price. Total gentleman too. I'd use again.

Bought a very special watch online from Tristan - absolutely delighted. It looked even better in real life than in the photos.
The whole experience was straightforward, with proactive communication throughout) oh - and I think I got a great deal too!)

Rang Tristan to chat abpit a watch I had seen online.He described and sent pictures of the watch for us to look at and didn't push us to make the purchase. Paid over the phone and the watch arrived 2 days later as described and even sized to fit. Couldn't fault anything and was 10o% trustworand would recommend highly.

So nice that there are still UK companies who:
1) answer the phone quickly and politely,
2) answer questions honestly,
3) do what they say they will do,
4) keep in contact with the customer during the transaction process.

I have only praise for Tristan at Mainspring Watches who dealt with my query, and then purchase, swiftly and professionally but also in a friendly manner. Fully intend and hope to use again!

Tristian could not have been more helpful made buying process super easy I even managed to drop the watch I’d had it for 2months I sent it back to him he got it fixed sent it back all at no cost to me can’t recommend enough nice thing as well they own all there stock and nothing on consignment all I can say is buy with confidence you will not be disappointed

Absolutely superb. Tristan was excellent - my only regret is not being able to have dealt face to face! I traded a piece for two of Tristans watches - one of which wasn't even advertised, I'd simply expressed what I'd like in my first communication with him.
