Called James after walking round several AD’s in Mayfair being essentially ignored or looked down on. He made time for me out of nowhere and made the whole experience feel just great. Both he and his colleague (sorry forgotten name!) were super friendly and as far from pushy as you can get. It was reassuring and friendly and if I ever go down the slippery slope of a collection Onaro is the first place I’ll turn. Thank you guys.

Really helpful, informative and delivered a beautiful watch

All around a great experience. The watch I purchased is one I was searching for a long time and then James and Matthew had the perfect sample in pristine condition. There are really only a couple of watch dealers in London you can trust significant amounts of capital with, and James is one of them.

James and team at Onaro have been fantastic in every interaction, thorough professionals who act with care and diligence. Top notch operators who seek to build a relationship rather than a transaction only.

I am delighted with my experience with Onaro. I don't often write reviews, however the customer service that I received from James and Matt, and ultimately the Rolex watch I purchased were exceptional and warranted it.

Firstly, I submitted an offer for a Rolex Sub via their website and quickly received a follow-up call. Their customer service was informative, helpful and both James and Matt clearly know their watches!

I went to collect the watch a few days later in their lovely offices and was again impressed with the watch (everything as described) and level of service offered! This was my first purchase with them and hopefully it will not be the last. Thank you Onaro!

James made the whole process stress free, very professional and kept me informed throughout.

Definitely use in the future and would recommend Onaro to family and friends.

The whole experience with James and Matthew has been excellent. From initial contact they responded quickly, were happy to discuss part exchange of my other watches and when my arrangements had to change they were understanding and accommodating.
I thoroughly enjoyed the visit to their premises and it was great to view and try a number of watches. Unlike some sellers everything on their website is in stock and you can see it on the day. I am extremely happy with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Onaro.
