I like talking to a human not a AI system . I actually believe your company cares about their customers, the lady I spoke to was better than helpful I enjoyed the call. I have dealt with many utility companies and in a word they were hopeless. Keeping jobs in Great Britain is a marvellous thing to do instead of using overseas call centres.
