Great Surveyor!
Asim came out to the property at the agreed time and was quick and efficient in evaluating the issues within the property while offering clear advice on the process to ensure the issue’s were resolved.
Arrived with all the equipment needed, very professional and stress free would definitely recommend.

Ray was a well experienced surveyor. Sat down explained the who proposes of what tenets advise do and how everything works. Took his time looked all around my flat explaining as he went along. I was apprehensive at first of the whole thing but Ray was excellent.

Bobby the representative of tenants support advice team visited my house today. He was very approachable, gave me the right advice. Went through what was the purpose of his visit. Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! I have just had 5 months of my time, energy and mental health completely wasted! The advisor will manipulate and pretend that they have your best interests at heart, but as soon as you sign that paper and made to give a good review on here, no one is to be seen or heard, you are completely rudely disregarded by them! They hand you over to a solictors called NEXA, who are just rude, arrogant and can barely speak a word of English and also wasted two weeks of my time! Because of their poor advice and lack of help that they’re meant to give, I’ve now been made homeless! Every WhatsApp, email and phone call was ignored for 2 weeks straight. When I finally get a reply back, I received no help other than “we will close your account”. I had been completely let down by this company and advisor. The best advice you can get for free without your time being wasted, and letting people who manipulate you in your own home, is seek out a solicitor yourself! Shelter and Citizens Advice will also tell you to avoid Tenants Advice, as they told me too!
Update. Don’t write honest reviews that will offend the person. I’ve had an abusive and fabricated email from NEXA, passive aggressively demanding I remove my review. Lying that they have been “awaiting for me to send a utility bill or bank statement” when I wasn’t asked for a bank statement an they could have asked for this when they ignored all four of my emails over the last month. I have documented emails to prove my integrity. - you should be allowed to leave your honest experience without being emailed abuse about it!
