Recieved free advice from Tenants Advice about repairs in my council property. They sent us Mr Bobby, who is professional, friendly, and genuinely tried to help. He went around and checked everything and told us the severity of the situation, he explained very well what the next steps were and he sent his report straight after his visit.

Tenants Advice : housing officer
The representative Gani Yaw was extremely informative and totally thorough he explained everything about the mould invading my home and even found damp and mould that I did not know was there. He knew his job well and gave us a thorough inspection whilst giving us a comprehensive explanation for everything he was doing, plus he was polite and affable.

I contacted Tenants Advice last…
I contacted Tenants Advice last Wednesday (11/03/2026). The lady who called me back, Charmain, was very professional and explained the next steps. Charmain made an appointment for a Surveyor. Asim came this morning and was very professional, taking pictures of all the remaining outstanding jobs that my Landlord didn't finish. Hopefully, the brilliant team at Tenant Advice will sort out the issues in my house.

Fast and effective, and on time. I was surprised at how quickly they responded and informed the tenant about the case, with no hanging around. So, thank you. I definitely recommend them, especially during the visit; so polite and efficient while checking the disrepairs.
