Wished I looked at the reviews here first before i put in a order in on the 14th December 2023 and now 13th of January 2024 and still waiting have sent 2 emails and given plenty of time to respond but to no avail I thought I was buying from a reputable on line store but looks like not the case.

Don't Bother!!!

This company cannot be bothered putting a size chart in association with chest and waist sizes instead they recommend you get your usual size (Not True) guess what they were Too Small
I always buy XL Boxers and with Nicce it should have been XXL so they were sent back Then you have to wait over 2 weeks to get your money refunded and you have to pay postage for the return AVOID

NO GOODS, NO COMMUNICATION

Ordered beginning of Dec- nothing has arrived.

Have emailed countless times - no reply.

Submitted a review to which they eventually replied asking for order ID and now they’ve flagged it as containing harmful content.

Placed an order on the 14th December.....

Placed an order on the 14th December, for xmas stocking fillers, but these were never dispatched. Nearly a month later I have had no reply to numerous emails, no notification of any delay and am now seeking redress through my payment provider. For those thinking or ordering…

For those thinking or ordering something from this company I offer three pieces of advice;

1 - don’t do it
2 - please don’t do it
3 - for the love of god, don’t do it.

Total shambles. They don’t reply to you. They don’t send items you have paid for (That is effectively theft by the way). You have more chance getting an email from your dog than from this lot. I would genuinely rather cut my testicles off with a rusty bread knife than deal with this company.

*** Automatic response from them on 11th January asking for more details from me. They do not reply via email or via their website but they do respond to reviews on here. My response.....

You sent me the same response, almost word for word, on the 12th of December when I posted my first review. Yet nothing has changed. Why do you reply to Trust Pilot reviews but not emails directly sent to your customer service team? I will provide the order number in the hope that something will happen. 390392

***UPDATE They send an automatic response when you place a review and ask for details so they can address the issue ". Six days after receiving this information and i have heard nothing. They really are a truly awful company to deal with.

Happy that is now resolved. Absolutely laughable that this company would suggest that by me looking for some semblance of customer service, ie. a response from them, that this would be the reason it took 10 weeks to get a refund. Perhaps if you actually responded to your customers they wouldn't feel the need to contact you multiple times? Apparently sending emails to your customer service team can “hinder our ability to provide sufficient support”. Considering you provide no other way to allow customers to contact you then this is one thing you may want to address. Two months and two weeks it took you to respond to me. Maybe you should think about whether this is “sufficient customer support”.

I ordered on the 2nd January received a confirmation email and not heard anything since no dispatch email. It currently still says unfulfilled I also emailed to alter the post code as it had been entered incorrectly by 1 digit I've heard absolutely nothing back it states do not send duplicate emails etc but they don't even reply to one email let alone duplicate the customer service is shocking this order is for a birthday present I need for the 17th January!! I've ordered items since from other business and recieved the items.
