It worked fine for the first season, then the unit wouldn't charge (no red led light). Oto sent a new one, it worked fine for the second season. It again wouldn't charge for the third season (no red light). This time they said they couldn't replace it as it was past the two year warranty (by 11days). Don't waste your money, buy a product that will last longer than one summer.

I’m really disappointed with my experience as a customer of OtO. I purchased several bottles of their lawn solution from my local Walmart with the understanding that these products were specifically made to work with the OtO system. Unfortunately, OtO has since discontinued their solution line, which means the products I paid for are now essentially useless.

When I contacted OtO directly, they said they couldn’t offer a refund because the purchase wasn’t made through their website, and Walmart has also refused to issue a refund due to too much time passing. So I’m left with unopened products I can’t use, through no fault of my own.

I understand that product lines change, but I think OtO should take more responsibility for leaving loyal users like me stuck with expensive, unusable supplies — especially when we bought in good faith, expecting long-term compatibility. A goodwill refund or at least a better solution would have gone a long way toward maintaining trust.

I found OTO to be a mixed bag. The Sleep Drops relaxed me to an extent, but they weren’t a game-changer for a good night’s sleep, even after finishing the bottle. The flavour was pleasant, but I had issues with the applicator breaking, which was frustrating for the price paid. Customer service and other products seem to have positive reviews, so it might be worth exploring further, but personally, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Complete waste of Time, if you’re wanting a good night sleep. Felt absolutely no different even when the bottle was finished during which time the applicator on the stopper broke. Definitely not Worth the money.

This is definitely a product that is good in theory. I tested my water pressure at the spigot and at the end of the small brass connector and both are sending PSI of 46. I contacted Oto and they are saying that you need a minimum of 50 psi to reach the maximum 30 ft. This is simply not the case because they are also saying that at a PSI of 40 you should be able to go 25 ft and with my pressure at 46 I'm barely going 15 ft. Returning system and updating all social media accordingly

Genuinely feel the OTO Sleep Drops with 10% CBD help me to go off to sleep quickly – and stay in a deeper sleep for longer. Great way to combat some of the challenging elements of the menopause such as anxiety and restlessness at night. The Customer Service are super helpful too.

PS Just purchased their mini dropper bottle sleep drops for travel and they feel very Alice in Wonderland!

OK, so I tried this product and all I can say from a personal level is don't waste your money. They just don't work. If it's sleep you're looking for then there are far better and much cheaper alternatives.

The best quality cbd from the best company! Always does what I need it to do and smells and tastes delicious along the way too!

Lovely effective CBD oil I use it every evening for helping me sleep and in the evening for sleep due to my heath conditions..

I think this is the best CBD oil around and despite the posh packaging, it is the best value for money when you take one of their offers. It really made a difference in my sleeping. Highly recommended

I received a small bottle of the oto cbd sleep drops in a gift box from website for cosmetics. I firstly took 1 pump but i didnt feel anything. I have never used previously CBD so didn't know how long should take for the oil to work so I took a second pump. And then it hit me so much that i couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. I couldn't believe to be honest what strong effect this oil had on me, considering its only 10% cbd , but i was happy and ordered a big bottle from the oto website. Really nice oil :)
