very poor unprofessional customer service

I placed an order 390879 on 15th December 2023 and received a confirmation email for order and money was taken. No despatch email since then. Three emails sent to customer team on 20th, 30th December and today to cancel my order and refund my money. No response to my emails. If you cannot honour order then why you have taken the payment. I will not order again from Nicce. Appreciate immediate refund of my money.

Absolutely appalling service. Do not buy from them. My son ordered some clothes 2 weeks before Xmas. They have taken the money and not dispatched the order. We have contacted multiple time and had no response whatsoever.

Xmas Gifts Still Not Arrived After A Month!

I ordered some Christmas gifts for my boys on 27th November. The estimated delivery time was 2-3 days. I realised I still hadn't received the goods nearly a month later so I tried to contact NICCE. They don't have any phone number listed and the only way to get in touch is by email. I emailed them on 20th Dec to ask where the goods are, and if they weren't shipped to cancel and refund me. As I write this I still haven't had a response from them. However, it appears the goods were shipped on 29th Dec, and arrived to me on 2nd Jan. This was too late as I'd already bought alternative gifts. When I opened the package I realised they still only sent HALF the order! I will never buy from them again. BE WARNED!

No customer contact

Placed an order on 4th November, received order confirmation and payment was taken. Hadn’t heard anything for a couple of weeks and I started contacting via online and email. At the end of December I ended up getting a refund from PayPal. Not once did I get a response to my emails. Strange company.

It was order number 379485 if you want to figure out what happened. Even one response from the many messages I sent by email and online would have been helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever used a company with no response whatsoever.

Two orders placed, not fulfilled - AVOID

Two orders placed, one on 23rd November, another on 30th November, absolutely no communication given on the status of either order, emails sent to chase and over two weeks before a response was given. On both occasions, order cancelled and refund provided due to “all the items from your order are currently unavailable in our stock”. All items were in available and in stock at the time of ordering. Only saving grace is that the refunds have been processed quickly through PayPal. AVOID!
