Order 383845 - appalling customer service

383845 is the order number for a sweatshirt purchased as a xmas present. It arrived as expected but the brand logo on the reverse is faulty, many pieces peeling off. I emailed them with photos showing them the issue and requesting a refund. I have had no response whatsoever. A call to their well hidden phone number wasnt answered just a recorded message thanking me for the call. "We WILL get back to you". Appalling service and fits with most of the reviews I've read here! No doubt a standard reply will be received. DISGRACEFUL!

Took my money and never heard from them again

I placed an order with them 10 days before Christmas. They took my money straight away, sent the standard order confirmation stating they'll notify me when the order is sent. That was the last I heard anything from the company, is this even a legitimate business anymore?
I emailed their customer service on 2 separate occasions - not a single response. I had to arrange a charge back through my bank to recoup the money that was frankly stolen by them. My advice, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY AMISS WITH THEM

Awful Company!!

Order placed on the 19th December. Absolutely didn’t expect to get before Xmas but hoped by end of the year. Emailed in January and received an auto response email saying they were closed for Christmas… very odd. Opened a dispute with PayPal to try and claim money back as it’s been 1 month now.

I’ve heard the company has gone under and has been bought out. Absolutely disgusting that they have been sending out newsletters advertising their sale but not fulfilling orders, why take more money from unaware customers when you have a backlog of orders to send out and customers to contact and apologise to. Appalling behaviour and completely Brand damaging which is a shame as I’ve been a customer for years and the products are good. Way to destroy a reputation… sent out a vague cut and paste mailer today. This should have been a priority… 1 month later is embarrassing!

I ordered from here on 7th December 2023 and ( like so many other people) still haven't received my order. Everything on the order was for Christmas presents.
I've emailed customer service three times and still have had no reply.
Luckily I've managed to get a refund through PayPal and will never be ordering from Nicce again!!!!

Order cancelled 2 months on

Ordered a Christmas present on 25th November. Emailed so many times to ask for an update on my order as it had not been dispatched and I had no response. On the 18th January I got a email to say my order was cancelled and I’ll be refunded in a few working days. Not good enough at all not receiving my order for 2 months with no update and then having to wait again for the refund. Disappointed. I’ve been checking the website and it still says the product is in stock and your able to place the order again. Of course that will not be happening and I feel sorry for other customers about to fall into the trap of having your money holded for months with no product. Company really needs to sort it out. Appalling for Nicce.

Placed an order on the 15th December for some boxers expecting to get them to arrive for Christmas. Had an email today on the 17th January saying my order has been cancelled. Ordered on 15th December and still waiting…

I placed an order on 15th December and I haven’t even received a dispatch notice yet. I have chased this up via email a few times and there’s been no response.

It’s really disappointing because I ordered these items for Christmas presents and I’m still having to wait for them. Customer service is non existent…. Literally. There’s no telephone number to contact them and emails aren’t replied to. What are customers expected to do?

Absolutely appalled by the customer service of a company I have ordered from before and never had a problem!
I placed an order on 5th December for a Christmas present, money was taken and my order was confirmed. Since then I have chased customer services at least 5 times for updates on my order by emailing and on social media and haven’t had any response . It is now 6 weeks later I am still without my goods and no further forward with an update or a refund !!! This has put me off ordering from this company again and I will be letting my friends and family know about the terrible service I have received too!!
Avoid at all costs !!!
